Both are short (about 10 minutes per episode) slapstick romance school comedy, where main girl is heads over heels in love with main guy.
Girls have similar hairstyles, both are a overexaggerating all the time and guy is either oblivious or uninterested.
Both have the same dere dere girl wanting to be with a boy whom is somehow very much oblivious to the girl's crush on the guy, however in Aho Girls the guy is a tsundere while the guy in Uneo is more of a kudere.
