Nabari no Ou

This new anime, Nabari no Ou is very similar to Naruto, even some animes don't go that far to have techniques that uses nature so this really have some similarities. The main character seems to have something hidden inside that that is very powerful... 

Nabari no Ou is slightly more grown up and a modern 'way of the ninja' then Naruto. Both the main protagonist look alike, but Rokujo is more carefree and unknown about the whole situation he is in. About Naburi no Ou: His English teacher and several students from the school protect him and theirselves from several enemies including ninja villages. Scenery and animations have a more down-to-earth look and give a realistic feeling in some extend. Definatly worth a try, even if it's just for a few episodes. To get a feeling of 'Ohhh, there is more then just a ninja named Naruto in an anime named Naruto.' About Naruto Shippuuden: Naruto continuous his search for *spoiler* and yet runs into alot of bumps on the road. While the manga is alot further ahead then the anime, the anime is in a filler arc. read more 

The two main characters look strikingly alike and many of the people who have enjoyed Kuroshitsuji have been known to love Nabari No Ou as well. =3 But I suppose it's not just that, people who enjoy Kuroshitsuji just seem to be very compatible with NnO too. ^^ (Neither is Shounen-ai btw) 

Both heros deal with loneliness, a new in which he gets engulfed against his will, and above all, whether or not to form a bond with someone else. Ritsuka's more frail than Miharu in his mind, but he finds mental support in Soubi. Miharu on the contrary, reaches a new confidence in himself and in others upon meeting Yoite, who wants to run away from attachment even more than Miharu. Beyond the shounen-ai are stories about meeting our soul mate. 

Though they're both thrust into dangerous, unfamiliar situations, the protagonists in both anime are similarly detached from their predicaments. They're also of a similar age group (14/15). Recurring characters include... the older, concerned guy who starts to act like their mother; the spunky and dominating "girl warrior" type. Both anime also have some very obvious yaoi overtones. 

These anime are similar in theme and tone. In both, the main characters (Shino and Miharu) have tragic backstories that lead to magical weapons living inside of them. This makes them the target of the antagonists, and because they are physically smaller, they need the help of protectors who travel around with them. Both anime have hints of shounen-ai as well. 

The main characters show some deep friendships between boys. A young male character know a different world and his life turned upside down, but the conflicts makes stronger the friendship with a very mysterious person. 

Both series are about a secret world that coexists within the "normal" world we know without people knowing about it, and a relatively defenseless kid from one world who's drawn into the other, being protected by a group of skilled guardians as they learn the ropes and get their bearings. The primary different in premise is that Nabari no Ou has a seemingly average boy drawn into the ninja world, while Kure-nai has a girl rescued from her own household's harmful customs and intentions and brought into the "real" world. 

they both are action, Nabari and Reborn both have clans fightings, characters have each own technique or power. Tsuna and Miharu are both good for nothing at the begining and they have to bear kinda responsibility for lots of people and they both keep hidding power inside ;p there're huge variety of cute/cool characters ;] and both animes are interesting and easy watching P.S Katekyo Hitman Reborn is droller XD 

If you compare the story in Nabari no Ou and the story in Monochrome Factor it won't look very similar at all... Nabari no Ou involves Ninjas while Monochrome Factor involves demons and ghosts. However the comedy factor of the two shows are similar and the balanced amount of action makes both shows very exciting. Monochrome Factor is highly recommended to you who thought of the comedy aspect of Nabari no Ou to be appealing. 

both main chars show some kind of womanly trait, both have some hidden power, both series have supernatural fighting. 

The protagonists of both shows are normal students who are suddenly drawn into another world (both literally and metaphorically), due to them possessing a very special power. 

Miharu (Nabari) and Tsukasa (.Hack) are very similar. Both are dropped into a difficult situation they didn’t ask for, both respond by becoming outwardly apathetic and inwardly determined not to involve anyone else. They’re also both surrounded by friends who want to help them, despite they’re reluctance to be helped.  

Both have ninjas. The main characters also hold a possibly dark power. 

-gay vibes similar to Miharu and Yoite but not quite -main character getting roped into organization -main character not really knowing wtf is going on when joining organization -main character having a certain kind of high value/ability that everyone is after them for. ...combine with the gang aspect of DRRR! and then you get Bungou Stray Dogs 

Both are ninja theme, with the same competition between clans. 

In both series, there is plenty of action that takes place between the main characters and their adversaries. They also consists of supernatural arts being used along with traditional Japanese themes. The main male protagonist in both series also wishes to protect what they hold dear. There humor in both series; more so in Mushibugyou. On the other hand, the action scenarios from both series also has that shounen feelings. 

similarities: -pace -feel -characters's age -show has pessimism towards human society/interaction differences: -setting (shinsekai yori is set in fantasy world, wheres nabari no ou is set in our world but people have super power) -scale (in shinsekai yori the whole of society is at stake where in nabari no ou its more just the main characters) 

Both shows revolve around a secret world that's in plain sight but goes unnoticed by the general public- the Crimson World and Nabari. The main characters are seemingly ordinary teenagers who discover that they have an extremely powerful magical object within them (the Midnight Lost Child and the Shinra Banshou) which makes them a target for pretty much everyone. Fortunately for them, they both gain a group of allies, who are determined to prevent the power from falling into the wrong hands. But while Miahru's situation may be similar to Yuji's, he shares his Japanese voices actor (Rie Kugimiya) with Shana and his English voice actor (Brina Palencia) with Kazumi. Also, Kouichi shares his Japanese voice actor (Satoshi Hino) with Yuji. If you liked "Nabari no Ou", I'd say you'll definitely like "Shakugan no Shana". read more 

Lots of similar elements in the story & characterization like solitude, revenge, friendship, pain, secrets of the past, mind control & betrayal. The painful childhood of the MCs made them live in solitude. The secrets of the past which connects and explains the role of their "guardian" & the antagonist. The MC requesting the assistance of the other MC to die and have their existence erased from the world. In the process, they develop genuine bond & friendship despite the other one rejecting the fact. MC temporarily siding with the other faction. Antagonists using people as tools to achieve their goals plus the element of mind control/false ideology. read more 

premise and setting in these are totally different, but if you're in for aesthetically pleasing visuals, sad beautiful boys and melodramatic deaths, you're most likely to enjoy both titles.  

Both have a similar plot structure as well as an aesthetic and animation style known to older animes. They also both fall under the same genres.  

On the surface, these two don't seem similar at all, but if you look closer, you will see the similarities. They both revolve around an ongoing conflict between two sides, with both heroes and villains on both sides of the conflict. The main characters, Yuu and Miharu, are both black-haired, moody and anti-social teenagers who are nevertheless very caring and can't stand to see people get hurt. They also have a mysterious entity residing in them that takes over them whenever they're in serious trouble. Mikaela and Yoite are even more similar, as they're both cold, ruthless killers who are on the side of the villains for most of the series, on which they have a paternal substitute (Krul for Mikaela and Yukimi for Yoite), but are good people at heart, which becomes more apparent as the series progresses. Additionally, Shinoa reminds me of Raimei, Yoichi reminds me of Koichi (they even have the same voice actor) and Guren reminds me of Tobari, but without the stupidity or incompetence. Basically, "Seraph of the End" is in many ways the series that "Nabari no Ou" should have been, minus the ninjas. read more 

These two shows are similar to each other because the main character possess an ability that lost of people want. Because of this ability they both find friends that help them survive their daily life. The difference is Kekkai Sensen is about supernatural powers and monster-like beings, and Nabari no Ou is about Ninjas.

people might find this odd but both main characters have lost their memory and in phantom ein is unfazed by killing similar to kouichi aziawa not to mention the fact the they main characters don't fully understand what's going on I hope you found this recommendation helpful 

Both anime deal with akuma, except d gray man has more...... the main characters in each anime have abnormal powers. if you like watching fighting with powers in them, then this is for you. 

A story on how the world can be changed. One should not follow the comformity authorities but act upon it. Nabari No Ou is such a story as well. Between the two anime , the main characters are both kings. They are born and destined to change the world they live in forever. They both possess supernatural awesome power. Although one obtained it (lelouch) and another was given it with out the knowledge of it (miharu). Strongly recommended. You won't regit it. 

Mysterious powers, characters searching for their past, complex relationships and a dash of action in both. 

Nabari and Letter bee are similar with the similar characters : Yoite he has a dangerous power, which is killing him : Kira, and with Tegami Bachi, there are their : Shindan. Two arms who kill his owner.  

Both anime are set in present day world, and are about person unknowingly containing vast knowledge inside them being cought in a conflict between secret organizations 

they both have similar elements of supernatural, historical and action. 

The main characters (Kamui/Miharu) are fourteen/fifteen years old boys who are initially indifferent and antisocial, with a traumatic childhood and a great power inside them. The BL-esque art style and vibes are also similar, and you’ll find quite a lot of bishounen in both. X is way darker and sadder, but Nabari is far from being a happy-go-lucky anime. 

Both have good music, similar art, dark pasts, touching relationships and a dry sense of humor. They can both be sad and funny within the same minute. 

Both deal with the complexities of relationships and life. They have similar art and contain bittersweet and touching moments. 

Both interesting "shounens" with similar art style, great soundtrack, many action and battles with super powers, produced by the same studio. 

I can't say these two have very much in common but you'll enjoy this one as well. 

Both series are about ninjas. 

Same atmosphere, multiple main characters which are all well-drawn well-done, the adventure sense and the ninja abilities, shows that maybe lot more similarities to come 

Ancient magic in a modern setting, pretty art and character driven plot.
