Synopsis

A young mystic without a past, Kujaku was born under a dark omen possessed of incredible supernatural powers. Raised by priests, he has learned to use these powers for good. But the evil Siegfried von Mittgard seeks to steal his birthright, and rule the world as the Regent of Darkness. He has dispatched bloodthirsty minions to destroy Kujaku before he can awaken to his destiny. Now, Kujaku must unravel the riddle of his past, before the power within consumes him!

Mixed Feelings
A battle between the forces of light and the forces of darkness where the forces of light barely win in a monumental battle for the fate of the world and as a result the forces of darkness have been sealed away. How many times in the world of anime and the world of fantasy have you heard of a plot line along those lines. Does this anime really excel about making this typical fantasy trope memorable. Sadly, No. It does however manage to tell a somewhat competent story but it often gets weighed down by it's own Buddhist mysticism and religious methodology when it should ...

I've seen both anime adaptations of the Spirit Warrior OVA's and I consider this two episode OVA to be the better of the two. Don't misunderstand me this is still a bad anime, but it feels like its a somewhat complete story.

From what I gathered the plot is this is an alternate universe where Nazi Germany is still around and an evil Nazi named Siegfried von Mittgard wants to still some magical power from a priest named Kujaku. Its your standard save the world from an ancient evil with the chosen one trope and his ragtag group of characters to help him fight evil. ...
