Same fast-paced delivery, same wacky random type of humor, everyone is a weirdo and an idiot in both, and both naturally have someone whose job is to react to all the craziness around. Both also have short episodes.

Do you prefer your magical girls with spice instead of sugar? While both shows are brutal parodies of old school majokko, Dai Mahou Touge takes most of its inspiration from 80's "cute witch" shows (Minky Momo, Creamy Mami, etc.); Mahou Shoujo Kurumi, on the other hand, is obvious homage to Sailor Moon and early Pretty Cure. If, like me, you enjoy violent gag humor and are well-versed in the history of magical girls, consider adding these quick watches to your list!

-Both are shorts anime (<5minutes) - almost entirely comedy based with nothing taken seriously - both have absurd out of the box comedy - Characters are interesting and have unique designs and interactions ' - both are episodic and don't really have singular big plot - both involve characters with super power. Saiki is psychic, while Azuchimomoyama is mahou shoujo - if u like Saiki Kusuo, you'll most likely love Seizei Ganbare too

Both shows are parodies of the Mahou Shoujo/Magical Girl genre and make fun with its tropes and with classic shows' shenanigans like Sailor Moon and others. Both are very funny and shouldn't be taken seriously.

Both are comedy/parody shows. Gintama mainly parodies shonen while Kurumi parodies mahou shoujo.

Both are short mahou shoujo comedies. Kurumi is more of an energetic parody but both have the same type of feel.

Both are comedy/parody shows. Akiba's Trip parodies various otaku hobbies while Kurumi parodies mahou shoujo.
