The protagonist of both stories are the central humor to both stories as they're quite oblivious of their actions which is the reason of the comedic episodes of the anime. Both characters are particular perfect while Aoyama-kun is more of a soccer pro, and everyone else around them are full of ideas as to how to interact with them while the character himself stays oblivious.

Both have MC with very unnusual personality trait and the story revolves around that

The genre and settings of both animes are quite similar. Both MCs are high school students who are considered geniuses/talented (Aoyama=soccer, Saiki=psychic) and surrounded by people who are obsessed with them, yet the MCs prefer to avoid them (Aoyama being a cleanliness freak while Saiki intentionally maintaining a mediocre image to live a peaceful, normal & average life/lifestyle). Both MCs are also notably serious yet their actions and seriousness make situations more hilarious.

Despite having contrast personality, the MCs of both anime are quite similar: -They got the same hairstyle :p -Similar facial expression (at some moments, I saw Tanaka's face in Aoyama xD) -Most of the characters understand what person the MC is (In Keppeki Danshi, the other characters understand that Aoyama is a clean freak who loves to make everything clean. While in Tanaka-kun, they know that Tanaka is a lazy boy who needs help from Oota (lol)).

They have a very similar art style. While one is about a manga artist and this one is about soccer. You may notice the similarities in the first few episodes. Mainly they show how both Main characters have a very unique life.

These 2 animes are so much alike. The main character got the same aura as well as their awkwardness. The background of both of them are kind of similar, but at the same time differs at some factors being for example, they are both different sports.

One is a sports anime, the other is isekai - but they have one important thing in common: Seemingly perfect and overpowered main characters with one "little" obsession that turns everything hilariously upside down. Both the MCs have important things they need to achieve, but no matter what their strange obsessions are top priority in every single situation they end up in - and hilarity ensues. In short, if you enjoyed the comedy in one of them, you'll almost definitely enjoy the other one too!

Both are kinda short shoujo comedies with romance (not focused on just one couple) and good art. Boys have the most important part in these two animes.
