Synopsis

Widely regarded as a trailblazer and top-tier professional player in the online multiplayer game Glory, Ye Xiu is dubbed the "Battle God" for his skills and contributions to the game over the years. However, when forced to retire from the team and to leave his gaming career behind, he finds work at a nearby internet café. There, when Glory launches its tenth server, he throws himself into the game once more using a new character named "Lord Grim."

Ye Xiu's early achievements on the new server immediately catch the attention of many players, as well as the big guilds, leaving them to wonder about the identity of this exceptional player. However, while he possesses ten years of experience and in-depth knowledge, starting afresh with neither sponsors nor a team in a game that has changed over the years presents numerous challenges. Along with talented new comrades, Ye Xiu once again dedicates himself to traversing the path to Glory's summit!

tldr: It's the BEST Chinese anime out there if you've never watch a Chinese anime before!
If you're new to Chinese anime and want to try out some, this will be the best one you could've start off with. The directing in this make the story telling felt very natural not like fantasy anime, the dialogue is also easy to follow yet not boring so it will ease your ears in to the Chinese dub easily for the first time!
- The one thing that is very phenomenal about this anime is that the DIRECTING is VERY WELL DONE! 5/5
- The animation is not bad at all, ...

Mixed Feelings
has a lot of good action, but doesn't offer much else. nobody except the main character has much characterization at all and are mostly one-note background characters, which is also the role they fill in combat since for the majority of the show nobody but the MC does much on-screen fighting. there isn't really a story, mostly just a framework through which the conflict in the game can happen, and there really is only one conflict; MC was supposed to retire, but didn't, and now he's breaking a bunch of game records which is making the top guilds look bad. 95% of the fights that ...

The story is, idk if it is even a story, awful but I admit it's a little unusual concept. No one has motivation except MC and it is not so clear too. There is not even a single reason to actually care about the story and watch next episode. Characters are superficial. The audience cant tell how the characters thinking because apparently they don't think at all. Animations are generally looking good and aesthetic. All fights are basically the same and boring af and it's a great loss for an anime that doesn't have a strong story. Quanzhi Gaoshou sucked in many ways but the ...
