Both use dirty and sexy humour.

Both anime focus on the ridiculous everyday interactions and dynamics of 3 female friends in a school setting. Asobi Asobase not only features a similar sense of humor to Oshiete! Galko-chan, but also dabbles with some coming of age topics as well. If you are looking for something light-hearted and to simply be entertained, you need to give this a chance! Similarities: - school / comedy genres - 3 female friends - draws humor from naiveté of characters - talks about loosely similar topics in a very similar manner From a comical standpoint, Asobi Asobase is a touch more juvenile compared to Oshiete Galko-chan; while both focus on the  read more

Fell in love with Maid Dragon slice of life, funny situations and really cute, adorable, amazing and unique characters? Then I'll show you another show really similar: Oshiete Galko-chan! Although at first it may not seem like they're alike at all, they both have the same humorous yet heartwarming vibe, present friendships really well and all stuff of the sorts. You won't regret it.

Both are about high school girls Both don't really have a plot but Galko-Chan teaches you more Both of them is ecchi Both protagonist is blonde Both animes are quite short

Both are short conversation based anime with girl trios. The "Masako/Otako teasing Komori/Gyaruko in good fun" element is pretty much the same. Komori-san is less lewd though.

Similar sex humour premise. Stranger series like same school girls live thematic.

1) There's gyarus in it! 2) Both gyarus betray the sterotype of being a 'gyaru' in some way or form 3) There is an otaku-like protagonist (though Hajimete no Gal's is a male and Oshiete! Galko-chan's is a girl) 4) Both very enjoyable series!

Similarities: •Both stars 3 main characters. -Both have people in glasses, blond hair and black hair. •Both the anime tells short stories in each episode (no actual main plot). •Similar settings (mainly takes place in school) •Similar genres (comedy, slice of life, etc.). Differences: •Danshi Koukousei has 3 male main characters while in Galko-chan, they have 3 female main characters. •Danshi Koukousei is 25 minutes long per episode while Galko-chan is only 7 minutes.

I recommend Comical Psychosomatic Medicine (Anime de Wakaru Shinryounaika) to anyone watching Please tell me! GALKO-chan (Oshiete! Galko-chan). If you enjoy episodes short in length, discussing topics with a comedic twist, these shows are something you could appreciate. Though discussing different topics, both shows have an amusing yet somewhat informative qualities to entertain viewers in a short amount of time.

Both anime are comedies about high school girls who are curious about sex and puberty, and frequently discuss it with their friends. The girls are hilariously frank about the topic and act pretty realistically for anime teens. Despite all their talk and their reputations as the hot/slutty chick, both girls are still virgins and often become flustered when asked about their personal sex lives. Neither girl is ever made to feel ashamed of her sexual curiosity (within reason. Yamada can get a bit obsessive over the topic and is scolded by her friends but isn't shamed when just normally talking about it.)

both shows follow a group of female friends in their daily high school life and therefore rely on the charm of the characters and situational humour to be a fun watch. scenes are short and sweet, and both series often rely on awkward interactions between a straight-talking girl and one who is a little more prone to bashfulness. while a lot of Lucky Star's humour comes from pop-culture and geek-culture references, Galko focuses more on common real life myths and questions believed and asked by girls of their age and therefore (perhaps unintentionally) leans a little towards sex-ed territory on occasion. the two shows are both very  read more

Oshiete! Galko-chan and Getsuyoubi no Tawawa are short comedy and slice of live shows about the daily activities of a very busty girl.

Same narrator voice actress with educational theme, besides in Galko it can be perverted stuff

Never-ending girls talk! Anime about high school life where girls are not necessarily that cute? Where they are having quasi-realistic talk about, among others, seemingly serious things? Their types are also similar, despite different realms. Nice to watch and compare both shows.

Same art work if you're looking for something colorful and creative.

Both anime are about a Gyaru main character. One is a quasi-harem story of a nerdy dweeb getting involved with a gyaru and her gang, one of which is also the story's heroine (Ijiranaide, Nagatoro-san), and the other is a comedy slice of life (Oshiete! Gyaruko-chan), with no romance but just a good high school comedy skit.

Both revolve around the life of a set of characters in a school tho some episodes divert towards some of the supporting chracters Both are comedies but Takagi is more romance centered and without dirty jokes, at which Galko excels

Both are vastly different but still contain the main character who is a gyaru. Both MCs are seen as "naughty" or are perceived in a negative light, even though the truth is quite different. However, Citrus is a shoujo-ai romance and Galko-chan is a short comedy.

Both of these shows are: -short -comedy -about a group of highschool girls -kinda ecchi/perverted humor
report Recommended by Sugaminny
Both consist of stories about school girl's life. Both have sarcastic little girl character.

Sex positive, occasionally witty, and dripping with indecency. Both shows consist of a core cast of girls with coarse senses of humour shooting dirty jokes one load after another, hard and fast. Whilst common anime tropes such the innocent Ojou-sama character is subverted in both series; Seitokai Yakuindomo more or less follows popular manzai comedy traditions whereas Gyaruko-chan relies more heavily on trope subversion, frank realism, and situational comedy.

Both shows have a large cast of 'mob characters' that all have their individual designs, quirks, and personalities.
report Recommended by Lemon
School girls talking about "taboo" subjects, such as periods, shaving and sex. Ecchi fanservice that isn't centered in male characters. Short episodes.
report Recommended by arisusagi
- Realistic representation of high school girls. - 'Mob characters' all have their own individual designs and personalities.

Each show use the same type of premise, a short running show with sexual undertones while Oshiete! Galko-chan is more innocent and learning about your body and then Gokujo.:Gokurakuin Joshikou Ryou Monogatari is more lewd and fanservice.
report Recommended by wonwoo
Similar approach to sexual, silly humour, although in Shimoneta it is justified and based around a plot consisting on a dystopian future where dirty jokes and sexuality in Japan are opressed and censored from society. As crazy as it may seem, both series are lighthearted and goddamn funny.
report Recommended by Dazweg
They remind me of each other because how ridiculous and silly both are. The heroines are also really similar to each other, Hotaru and Galko are both cute, crazy, easygoing, hot, innocent and funny girls being unintentionally suggestive.
report Recommended by Kazami
Both are different lengths, but they're about gals being pals. It's fun to get invested with the characters in both series.
