Both are based on manga by Go Nagai and share the setting of a bizarre school with murderous, sadistic faculty. In both a de-facto super-powered student girl defends a damsel in distress and other students. Abashiri Ikka is far more (cartoon) violent and politically incorrect, Kekkou Kamen is more heavily sexualized and serves fetishes (from nazi uniforms to tentacles). Both share over the top absurdist comedy, ecchi action and fights. Some scenes have highly similar visuals.

Abashiri Ikka is old anime, while Kill la Kill animation sometimes looks like old style animation. Both have some action, fanservice and blood, the main heroines looks and sometimes acts simmilar.

Both share the setting of a bizarre school with sadistic faculty and a conspiracy. In both a de-facto super-powered student girl defends a damsel in distress and other students. Abashiri Ikka is far more (cartoon) violent and politically incorrect, Gootaman is more heavily sexualized and serving fetishes. Both share over the top absurdist comedy, sexualized action and fights. In Abashiri Ikka the powers are more of super-villain type, Gootaman's are closer to magical girl.

Both are old OVA from 1990/1991. Both are about a girl that transfers into a school where something is wrong. Both involve bullying from both teachers and students, but also students that are determined to rebel against system and teachers. Both heroines have some unexpected circumstances. Both involve nudity, but Sei Michaela Gakuen Hyouryuuk is hentai.

Both are anime about a story of some irregular family and it´s adventure. Both are comedies but while Eikyuu Kazoku is more psychological, Abashiri Ikka is more shounen.

Strange and weird stuff happening. Super-strong girls and overall "what the hell was that!?" feeling from the audience.

Not as bad as most people think. It immediately brings to mind Yu Yu Hakusho, due to having some of the same Voice Actors. The eldest brother Abashiri, Goemon is voiced by Chiba, Shigeru, or Kuwabara from YYH(Also does Buggy from One Piece). The main love interest, Shirane, Yukiko, is voiced by Amano, Yuri who does Yusuke's love interest from YYH Yukimura, Keiko. The main Abashiri character Kikunosuke, is highly reminiscent of a female version of Yusuke, in terms of a similar physical appearance, as well as similar power level and fighting style.

Both are action anime with lot of violence and strong characters fighting against enemies. Both are OVA. Abashiri Ikka is more comedy while JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is more fantasy.

They both contain lots of gore and violence. Both deal with school life in the cruel world, where students must fight for their lives constantly. And both of them considered to be boring and unwatchable.
