Gintama°

Similar comedy style, both are very funny and the comedy is in the higher levels .. also Shirohara-sensei, the creator of SKET Dance its a former assistant of Sorachi-sensei .. still like the prequel, Gintama' 2015 have some action inside, but SKET Dance have some slice of life and drama inside .. both are worth to watch!! Very very funny that makes you laughing so hard ..!! 

Maximum Humor , Amazing action scene , Nothing too serious to worry about Just Relax Watch Enjoy ,Thats how I see OPM & Gintama , [ although gintama gets serious quiet often ] , Both MCs don't care about what others say and laze around . Both anime have crazy characters [ I mean great characters who are original and have no similar somehow , ( again gintama characters are sometime go beyond crazy .. ) , Watching both of them is Fun  

ever thought there exists another anime with the (rolling on the floor laughing comedy) + incredible feels + characters that are funnier than the jokes XD + Romance instead of the battle theme in gintama ? it does :D . 

-Gag anime -Parody scenes -Fourth wall breaker -Best MC Dude, an anime that has the combination of Levi and Akashi as its main character (VA and other stuffs) which is surrounded by Yato like people? Why not?! 

Do you like comedy genre? these two anime are the solution, because these two anime both have dirty comedy but can make you laugh out loud 

Ok, not a perfect recommendation, but listen up. The first two episodes of Gintama's fourth season use a similar premise to Kokkoku. In both, the main characters find themselves in a world frozen in time where they are able to roam freely while everyone else is motionless.  

Sequels to fairly popular series which tend to be viewed as the "pinnacle" of the series or the season where the payoff kicks in at it's fullest. Although the prequels should be watched beforehand, they do nothing but justice for the entire series and one minute you could be laughing while the next minute you could be crying. Both also touch on themes of friendship and family through an arc based formula 

- Both comedy - good for pass the time - worth to watch 

Comparing two series with vast discrepancies in length is, in some ways, unfair; Gintama has had more time to grow and develop than Konosuba already has. However, there are still many ways in which the younger of the two punches above its weight and allows for comparison to one of anime's most beloved titles. Konosuba wouldn't be what it is without the unique dynamics of its four main characters. Perhaps Gintama's greatest comedic strength is the enormous cast it can draw from during any given episode. Between the Shinsengumi, the Otose officials, and the rest of the Kabuki District civilians, it's not uncommon for individual stories to focus on more than 10 characters and their ridiculous antics. This allows more characters time to shine, while also not overwhelming the audience with any one individual. This variety is extremely important because it prevents the show's more simplistic and repetitive jokes from getting old. There are also countless parodies, ranging from small dialogue references to full arcs based on popular anime. One of the most memorable is Hijikata's journey to find a place to smoke, which found him thrown straight into a Dragon Ball Z saga. read more 

Both series have amazing humor and unique jokes, characters are funny, smart and amazing, both protagonists are loved by the anime comunity, gintama starts funny but its get amazing fight and serius, this is an anime everyone must watch, definitely one piece and gintama are the greatest shonens ever. 

Both are comedy Both start off episodic but later on has a story and had a ton of action Both feel kind of the same 

its similar with three main points : first : unexpected following events second : unexpected ending last : great story tell 

Both are great Shounen that are Filled with comedy. Both have amazing writing and very well developed casts. Both have very serious episodes, amazing action, and are not afraid to kill characters off. 

Similar action comedy concept, and also have similar style with Gintama. And then the main protagonist, Yato also has similar background and personality like Gintoki. Also both of Yato and Gintoki are swordsmen.  

"We do a little bit of tomfoolery" the anime Fast paced comedies with insane troll logic, elements of randomness and memorable cast with unique designs and character traits. If you like chaos, you'll probably enjoy these two anime. 

First arc has a similar existential dilemma involving time paradoxes that is present later on in SG, although executed in a more comedic fashion, in contrast to SG's thriller. 

Excel Saga is best described as Gintama before Gintama. Without Excel Saga, there wouldn't really be a Gintama. Both are goofy parody type anime- Gintama parodies more specific anime whilst Excel Saga likes to parody genres in general. Both have a story, however it only begins to move at the end of the series. If you like Gintama and can't wait until it's next season, consider watching Excel Saga. 

If you liked how Gintama used real warriors from history in a comic manner and badass, super strength, bloody battles, you will love Drifters. However, Drifters is one step ahead by its amazing art style and the use of a completely new fantasy world and timeline. 

main characters Fash and Gintoki are similar And also the both of them are Stupid but at the same time hides a large power both of them do not have work The only difference between them is gintoki a samurai and the fash are a wanted man with 60 billion $$ on his head

There isn't any anime I could think of that's similar to gintama But in terms of joke, they both have similar type of jokes "kind of" If you love either one of these, I'm sure you'll enjoy both
