Although there were in different genre, but Kaiyari is more suitable to reconsidered as H-anime. Same MC with these girls arround him, same time and place in medieval Age, same plot and story (its all about adventure of revenge). Even same sex appeals and scenes only if Kaiyari want to add it....

Both MC's are adventurers in a comedy/parody setting surrounded by girls. Also they look similar.

Ah, fantasy themed hentai, there's never enough of you, and here we have two great examples of why they are so great, mostly focus on only one guy, the protagonist, but Rance is definitely a more cool and assertive guy, with many beautiful girls, Youkoso! Is more vanilla oriented since in Rance there's some rape scenes (but it always ends in a good note), there's even a dark skinned godness in both. Yep, a good recommendation, you should pick both of them.

Both have succubi, tone of humour and memorable characters.

Both are set in fantasy setting and have incredibly perverted and horny protagonist(s), who spend almost entirety of their free time banging ladies. The only difference is that Rance is an actual hentai, while Ishuzoku Reviewers is merely borderline hentai and most of the good and proper stuff happens off-screen.

They both sport swordsmen as the male main role and they both include themes like outdoor rape and a relatively heartless protagonist. Family fun for everyone (!)

They are both hentai which are set in a fantasy setting. There are similar amounts of comedy mixed in with the sex and some of the darker themes like rape and slavery. They both follow a protagonist and tell the story of his journey filled with various women. In Words Worth, the story is about a war between two nations while in Rance, the story is about the main character finding a kidnapped girl.
