Although there were in different genre, but Kaiyari is more suitable to reconsidered as H-anime.
Same MC with these girls arround him, same time and place in medieval Age, same plot and story (its all about adventure of revenge). Even same sex appeals and scenes only if Kaiyari want to add it....
Very simple, characters are kinda similar although Rance is more tame.
Rance 01 has less plot but it has more "plot" or action if you know what I mean.
Both series are in a fantasy setting and the MC is obtaining his own Harem.

Both are exaggerated power fantasies with male MC screwing around all day.
the whole plot of redo of healer feels like a convoluted plot for a dark fantasy hentai, while rance 01 is a hentai with a plot made for an actual anime (minus the ecchi).
