Chibi style characters from the main series. Some episodes pertain to the current parent episodes, while others give you info about the world of that series or an important lesson.

Both are specials that takes characters from otherwise shounen anime and remakes them into chibi style. Both are mainly for comedy purpose. Both have similar animation and short episodes.

A comic version of two series of the action, doing things that we are not accustomed to see the characters that integrate them , also related to the main plot. They often parody cliches and various things from their original plot.

Both are specials beside the main show and reflect on the main show. They are also both drawn in a chibi style. While Akame ga Kill Theater reflects on each episode individually and just makes a little fun of it, SAOffline goes trough several episodes at once with larger segments as well.

Both are short ONAs made as a spin-off of otherwise action series. Both are made in chibi style and both are comedies. Both have mainly characters from parent show talking with other characters.

Both series consist in short specials having the characters in chibi style doing silly things. However, while Akame ga Kill Theater follows independent stories, Overlord Specials has a kind of plot involving the characters.
