Cross Road basically feels like a PV for Your Name that ultimately would scrap some ideas and would end up being a different movie that it was originaly planned.

These two short anime are actually commercials that promote their products. Usually that shouldn't catch anyone's attention, but they both are quite energetic and eye-catching. Both commercials involve two characters that interact one way or another, and they are quite interesting. One of them is for education, while the other is for food/chocolate. While they might be totally different, they both succeed in capturing and captivating their target audiences.

The main similarity is that both are commercials. "Dareka no Manazashi" is for real estate company and "Cross Road" is for correspondence education service. After watching them you would want to see full movie/series.

From null, a wholesome relationship blooms. Although Choujuu Giga is more direct than Cross Road, the entwinement between the two characters, are equally as respectable.

A short animation? Yes. An advertisement? Yes. Worth to watch? Well... It depends. Both of the anime are kind of good to watch if you like slice of life genre and relaxing plot.

They both are stunning short animations with great music and definitively should get a full length anime adaptation.

Distance. Despite their short lengths, the pair convey a message quickly with ease suffering no losses in the system. One about distance taking some shape or form, with studying in the process. No real point in saying what the plot is, watch it for yourself if you wish too. Less than 5 mins combined.

Similar short work utilizing the advertisement-type element as part of the story's backdrop. From the makers of "Byousoku 5cm," so the artwork is amazing.

•both are an amazing watch that will forever be worthwhile •both display the perfection of music accompanied by beautiful animation into a story that will leave the viewer wanting more •both anime are COMPLETELY DIFFERENT IN LENGTH for a 119 second clip to a 1hr + 30mins •both visibly show the protagonists of the story wanting more out of life, but then both of the animes part way in their decisions, one working hard towards there own goal, while the other stops short and just slowly becomes a sad story •they are very similar in the way of beautiful music/animation and will want to see more, and leave  read more

These are similar in many ways. 1) Both are 2 minute films, 2) They both need an actual series!, 3) Both involve romance of some sort. I'm still confused as to why both of these haven't gotten their own series yet.

Both are essentially trailers that will never be made into full anime, which is kind of disappointing.

"Assassination Classroom" and "Cross Road" are both anime that involve a school setting and was sponsored by Z-KAI - a Japanese company running cram schools and correspondence courses for students. These two works teach the importance behind a good education as well as how efforts must be put in by both the educator and the student for a good learning experience.

Simillar short advertising type of anime with great animation. Both showing the typical life of Japanese youth. There are more common features which you can easily notice watching these motivating and encouraging commercials.
