Gatchaman Crowds Insight

I absolutely don't talk about story similarities here. But both these series got the same Character face and CG use. It's just like Shirobako is 1 level above but in the same path. 

Alien race introduces new concept to earth. 

Same director, colorful art style, and a seemingly simple premise that becomes more complex as the show goes on. Has its light and dark moments but both are ultimately uplifting. Also, aliens.  

First of all, both are the revival of a series from the past for a new audience. With that said, Gatchaman Crowds and SSSS.Gridman have similar atmosphere and artwork, likable characters and share some tropes.  

A look into the intersection of superheroes and politics. The media basically can define what good and evil are. The characters in these shows seek truth in the midst of that controversy.
