Have you ever wondered how it would look like if cute girls were actually transformable robots? Wonder no more.

Short anime featuring mechas/kaijuu remade into cute girls anthropomorphization. So if you're into that, give these a chance.

If you're a fan of Nagai Go with a sense of humor, you might enjoy this cute parodies of his works. While CB Chara Go parodies works only by Nagai, Robot Girls Z parodies multiple mecha franchises, but of course those by Nagai are heavily featured.

Short anime remaking classic old mecha shows for parody purposes with some major design changes (chibi characters/anthropomorsing into girls). Both have plenty of references to the original shows that rewards fans for their knowledge as they understand the joke.

Both are frivolous anime series with mostly female characters set in a sci-fi environment. Neither is devoid of fanservice. Contrast: CGN is longer and has more interesting characters.

Both are short, stupid, obscure comedy series about fighting mecha-ish girls. Similar style of humor and similar characters and genres.

Parodies that are alot more crazy and whimsical in terms of comedy compared to their main series which are more serious.

howlingly tacky parodies of classic mecha franchises that do really nothing but take a massive dump on their respective series.

2 are parody moe, very silly and fun to watch, I recommend more plastic nee san, since robot girls z tends to annoy the fans of the old robots xD

A group of moe robotic girls that do all kinds of weird tasks, but always end up messing things up. Both series also share a lot of the same humor.

Three girls, who became superheroes, and saves the day by overthrowing the villains into their rightful place. The fight scenes are mostly funny, but can be a little to much when fighting villains with explosions. PPGZ follows three girls, who became superheroes, when expose by the Chemical Z while villains who are also exposed but opposite personality. Robot Girls Z, though unknown reasons how they get superpowers, is somewhat a much more mature theme then PPGZ.

Since Jeeg appeared in Robot Girls Z, like with my Shin Mazinger and Getter Robo Armageddon recommendations, this is a more modern remake with its own continuity. It's often confused to be a sequel. It's actually not.

Like Shin Mazinger, this is another continuity reboot wihich is closer to the original toei tv animation than the manga.

Since Getter Robo appeared in Robot Girls Z, like with my Shin Mazinger recommendation, this is a more modern remake with its own continuity.

Like Getter Robo Armageddon, this is another continuity reboot of the original Getter Robo Go manga.

Since Ankoku Daishogun appears in Robot Girls Z, this movie that takes place after the events of Mazinkaiser should help you understand this character, and his army of Mycenae soldiers.

Like Shin Getter Robo vs Neo Getter Robo, this is another continuity reboot of Getter Robo. This time it sticks closer to the original manga.

Both anime are parodic comedies of super sentai, in feminine version. In both cases, the heroines have a dubious morality and do more damage than the organization of the evil. In AGHR, it is more marked with one of the "heroines" completely rotten, and the "bad girls" who do not manage to do evil.

Like Shin Mazinger and Mazinkaiser, this is another continuity reboot with more original material, featuring two new characters.

Well, if you're unaware already of what Robot Girls Z is parodying, I could always tell you to check out the original Mazinger Z series with 92 episodes, but I'm pretty sure that the lot of you are too spoiled to enjoy older anime. Instead, I can recommend you Shin Mazinger, a 2009 26 episodes anime reboot which is more faithful to the Mazinger mangas in more ways than one. Even if Robot Girls Z consist entirely of cute girls now, a simple fact remains, they're both hot blooded and fun as fuck for the entire family to enjoy!

Same brand of comedy and ecchi. Both series feature girls that get beat up and stripped. Sometimes simultaneously.
