My username is a portmanteau of several of my aliases: Vouivre Critique (what I used to go by primarily), EchecCritiqueMisc (alternative YouTube), and MamaWeegee (Conceptis). Also, it's pronounced vwee-shek-wee-gee.

Favorite anime, manga, and characters are organized in descending order of ranking. (I may have weird tastes, but I like it that way.) For my character list, I tried to make sure all characters were from different series; otherwise it would be mostly Mondaiji characters, and some of the series that didn't make my top 5 list wouldn't be represented.

This does not apply to manga or light novels (because I'm not as into them overall), which remains subject to my previous rating system.

Behind the name Vouivre Critique: It all started when I bought Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock for the Wii. The game allows you to give yourself a name of up to 16 characters. I started out as Hidden Insanity, but I changed my name to Echec Critique (French for "critical failure") a month or two after. A year or so after that, I got to know a Guitar Hero Wii group started on Facebook called Team Wyvern. Since I was a part of it, I decided to rename myself Vouivre Critique (French for "critical wyvern") to commemorate my inauguration. I also changed my icon to the picture of Nowi in my current icon (took me a while to figure out what to use as an icon, to be honest).
