Nadja and Ahiru have similar personalities, they have a very kind heart and are very energetic, and also, the two are ballet dancers. In both animes there´s a love triangle: In Princess Tutu is between a prince and a knight, in Ashita no nadja is a nobleman and a thief. There´s also special objects to the girls:Nadja has a ring and Ahiru has a necklace.

Both are about orphan girls and their adventures around the world. Also,in both series, the action takes place in the Victorian era and the characters are, from many perspectives, very alike.

In both titles, the protagonist is a cheerful blond girl. Also the stories are similar: The protagonists set our for a journey to find their mothers, following vague hints on their route. On their way, they have more or less enjopyable encounters with other people. Also the daily life withe the travel companions and the highs and downs of their relationships play a role. If you like a travel story spiced with soap opera, both titles may be for you.

both are 50 episodes. both are about a girl raised in an orphanage and both are about a girl from long ago, they are quite similar

The are both older shoujo anime with a rather good story line about girls going their way to achieve their goals. Both include rivalery, difficult family circumstances, acting/dancing, romance and strong lead characters.

Both are set on europe starring blonde a twelve year old girl looking for her mother ,discovering friends, her passion and love in the meantime.

So the reasoning behind this recommendation. The pacing of the show is really similar imo. Both are longer animes that have a balanced amount of serious/plot relevant/exciting moments and laid-back, relaxing episodes. Nadja and Sakura are around the same age, both are freaking cute and there's romance in both animes. The male cast of the shows is notably handsome too! xD

This anime is similar to nijuu mensou no musume because they both contain adventures however in ashita no nadja the girl tries to find her mother and no weapons are in much but in nijuu mensou no musume the girl leaves her house as she might die

It does not surprise me no one related these two since they have such a different concept. While Ashita no Nadja is mainly an adventure anime where the action happens 100 years in the past, Full Moon wo Sagashite happens during the present time in Japan (and a bit in America as well). The time periods and anime tags might be quite different, but the similarities are present in the main character mindset for never giving up on their dreams and helping the others around them when they are distressed. Mitsuki might have supernatural entities aiding in her journey unlike Nadja, but the mysterious Black Rose  read more

They're both similar in the sense that they are both constantly saved by someone in a mask that they create a bond with. The heroines are also similar because they always act cheery and are very energetic.

Both Ie Naki Ko and Nadja are adventure shows, where the protagonist travels across Europe as a travelling performer. Other similarities include: - animal sidekicks - mystery plot that gradually unfolds as the story progresses about the protagonist's long lost family - empahasis on some fairly dramatic/tragic moments (considering that both shows are for kids) - both shows are impeccably directed - The tone is quite similiar (although Nadja is more lighthearted/comedic in nature) - Nadja's and Remi's attitudes towards life are very much alike

Nadja, the female protagonist, grows up in an orphanage. After being targeted by 2 uncover agents~? she flees for her life and joins a performance troupe that happened to pass through town that day. With her mother's dress, diary, and brooch--she tries to find her mom as she travels the world on a journey.

The main girls are both orphans who are in love with noblemans. there´s in both, a love triangle. Nadja and Georgie also share similar personalities. Both girls make a journey to find out about their past.

Honestly the main characters are so alike to me it screams Nadja to me. They are both searching for their mothers and both have jewelry as their only connection to them. They both put on performances *lol*. They both have this amazing carefree attitude from living in the country and then being dumped into the city. They both were born of high status an didn't know it. Watch it and you'll see! There are even more similarities.

Both series leave you with a cheerful and positive feeling. Akari and Nadja have very similar personalities. They both like to help others and both can't seem to help charming everyone they meet. Both also have an optimistic view of life. If you enjoyed one I definitely think you would enjoy the other.

In the anime Ashita No Nadja, Nadja, an orphan, joins a traveling street performance act called the Dandelion Troupe because she finds out her mother might be alive. She travels across Europe and finds many friends along the way that teach her things about herself. She also wears a brooch around her neck that a bunch of thieves are after. In the anime Nadia: Secret Of Blue Water, Nadia, also an orphan, grew up in a circus. She travels across Africa trying to find out where she's from while all the while she is being hunted down for her jewel known as the Blue Water. Nadia  read more
