Same animation as nodame cantabile because of the paint-like background, Hope it helps you find the same vibe as this ^^

Kimi ni Todoke is much longer than the short Winter Garden, but both are stories of first loves that are absurdly innocent and sickenly sweet. Both shows have the characters have really annoying misunderstandings in the relationship that eventually they overcome. Both shows may give you diabetes. :)

They are both 2 episodes long. Both give off the same feeling. Good character development, drama, and emotional scenes. They are really cute

Both are refreshing OVA's with a refreshing tone, setting, and overall feel. Both have their cute moments, both are nice slice of life, Both have awesome OPs and ED's,and both leave you wanting to see more. Tamayura is about photography, while Winter Garden is about love. Winter Garden is a 2 episode OVA(which could become a 12 or 13 episode series) while Tamayura is 4 episodes and is getting its own TV anime adaption.

tmc is a bit more serious and more dramatic, whilst winter garden is much more relaxed and laid back, however both are short beautiful romances, with a little slice of everyday life of the female protagonist.
