Both are refreshing OVA's with a refreshing tone,setting, and overall feel. Both have their cute moments, both are nice slice of life, Both have awesome OPs and ED's,and both leave you wanting to see more.
Tamayura is about photography,while Winter Garden is about love.
Winter Garden is a 2 episode OVA(which could become a 12 or 13 episode series) while Tamayura is 4 episodes and is getting its own TV anime adaption.
