Saint☆Oniisan

They are both comedies about deities living in modern Japan, but Saint Onii-san is about Gods and Hataraku Maou is about Satan.  

both are very wholesome, comedic at times, and really all in all fun. the art & story don't matter really. hope ya have 𝓕𝓤𝓝 anyways! 

if you like the weird humour of Gintama and just want to have something, less action than I recommend Saint* Oniisan Just Jesus and Buddha hanging out. and Who doesn't like a show That doesn't take itself to serious 

Both are great comedies which display legendary saints and gods living in ordinary situations. Although in Sekkou Boys they are not the actual physical embodiment of these figures (since they are plaster), they still retain the same personality traits as them. 

Are you looking for a light short story, dark humored to have a great time? These 2 shows are perfect for you then! They're funny, often cute, and they touch on issues of adult life and maturity. Enjoy! 

Both are about everyday life situations that end up becoming skewed due to the odd circumstances the characters are in. They both focus on light humor and use simple animation. 

All Saints Street is about a demon, an angel, a vampire, a werewolf and a mummy being roomates, and Saint Onii-san is about Jesus and Buddha themselves being roommates. Both shows are light-hearted comedies about the lives of entities sharing an apartment and the funny situations they get themselves into.  

Both are dealing with spiritual beings and myths. The main similarity is however in the overall atmosphere. Both shows are simply cute leaving this heartwarming feeling in the viewer. Natsume as a character is quite similar in his behavior and kindness to Jesus and Buddha as their are depicted in Saint Oniisan. 

Both are about deities that try to live a normal lifein Japan but just can't. 

Both are comedies which take roots in religion. While Hoozuki no Reitetsu is about hell as viewed in Japan, Saint Onii-san is about Buddha and Jesus.
