Want to see how the character in saint seiya omega get into the action of soccer? Try it in Inazuma Eleven Go: Chrono Stone as the players armed those avatars such as pegasus, athena, lancelot etc. Although, they are not in the least similar in genre.

Despite one being battle shounen and the other one mahou shoujo, the style, the visuals and the fights feel quite similar.

Both Saint Seiya Omega and GDW are a sequel to the classic 80s Shonen anime series: Omega to Saint Seiya and GDW to GNG (okay, Omega is more of a spin-off, but still) and they follow the adventures of a new generation, but we also see old characters supporting them. The series has a lot of excitement, action and touching moments almost as much as the original series. Both have a pretty questionable reputation among fans, but if you’re a big Ginga or STS fan, which isn't affected by potential problems in the series, I highly recommend these!

I know this is unrelated to each other in genre, but because Inazuma Eleven Go make references to Pegajin, Lancelot, Apollo and many other more.

This two shows are similar in the context of a fight a week formula, the actual plot for both shows are actually very thin and yet because of those fights from different casts per week, both animes could actually last very show. Yet at the same time, if you are bored and have nothing to do, watching either of it is alright.

Both Star Driver and Saint Seiya Omega are shonen action shows with magical girl (make that magical boy) elements (complete with reused transformation sequences and named attacks) and a fight-of-the-week format starring a hot-blooded redhead with rare powers and parental abandonment issues stemming from an absent father. The main protagonists even have the same color scheme.

Both are great, action-packed kids shows with the same animation style.
