Naoko-san reminds me of Haruhara Haruko, they are very similar to each other 

As one can tell each individual title revolves around the daily lives of hyperactive aliens leeching off the home of their naive, good willed human friends, where their guest's long lodging gradually diverts from being a welcome one. The interactions of these extraterrestrials are without a doubt the driving force bringing forth new events, whether these events are of a mischievous nature, like little pranks, or tingling on an emotional scale testing the bonds of true friendships. 

If you are looking for perverted humor these are the shows to go with. Other than that these shows are not that similar but considering Yuri Seijin Naoko-san is made of 2 OVAs (24 + 6 min) it's definitely worth watching if you are looking for this type of show. 

Lesbian-themed slice-of-life madness! Naoko-san is only one episode and is intensely perverted, unlike Yuru Yuri which largely stays away from that stuff, but both are very funny and fast-paced with jokes. If you like one there's a good chance you'll like the other. 

Lovely yuri and wacky, often perverted humor are what make Yuri Seijin Naoko-san and Puni Puni Poemi similar. Since they are both short OVAs, you should definitely check either one out if they happen to be up your alley.

Yuri Kuma Arashi is about murder, trauma, and homophobia in society. The key to understand YKA is to get that bears stand for ppl who put their desires over societies laws. Yuri Seijin Naoko San is about sexualisation of gay ppl, and generally problems related to sex in society; like sexualisation of young girls in media etc. The key to understanding YSNS is to get that the world in the show is a metaphor of how Misuzu views the world around her; and the reason why she sees the world like this is her sister.  read more
