master and weapon, solving different tasks (in soul eater for 'level up' purpose, in jing - mostly for fun), fantasy setting, a little similar art style. Both childish but interesting

Both series are about master thieves & their attempts to steal high-value targets.

Both are slice of life series and contain inklings of comedy. Each episode is a new adventure, a new lesson learned. They focus on what we should really treasure in our short life. Even though the art and characters differ greatly, they have the same feel although the main characters of Hatenkou Yuugi are more emotionally invested with the people they encounter and develop their values and essentially themselves as the journey of life pushes them forward while, the Bandit King, Jin, appears to be a little more indifferent towards the side characters granted, he still ends up saving them, however, he doesn't mature as  read more

It's the same with the main characters traveling around, but the main character in this one is very adventurous while going in search of treasure with his sidekick; it's also very sad and can be very memorable at times.

The protagonist are similar because they are stealing things

New adventure and new girl basically each episode. Although Jing: king of bandits lacks the ecchi elements of Golden boy. Both are very funny and have an excellent dub.

Both main characters are renounced as the best thieves in their own worlds and in both series, each episode provides an insight in their talent as thieves.

Jing sometimes looks smarter than Naruto, but his adventures are similar to Naruto's. If you like series concerning a young hero defeating (or try to defeat) enemies with comic elements, it's your choice. Without a common plot, Jing is more like Naruto's filler episodes, but that's not a bad thing.

Trigun & King of Bandit Jing are quite pretty simular ^^ they both are adventure anime, when the main char,Vash from Trigun & Jing from King of Bandit Jing, travels from town to town,in order to find something, and help to a lot of people in the way, while their journey, they encounter a lot of enemies that know that there is some great King of Bandits like Jing & Vash the Stampede, and they dont belive they facing the real ones, both are comedy, adventure anime, similar to each other,if u liked one of them,I almost sure u will like the another.

Friendly infamous and talented adolescent boy hero and friends, wise cracking animal side kick, adventures and travel, strange hybrid man-beasts, and magic. Fairy Tail may be newer but the art of Jing holds up pretty well and the art styles as well as tone are rather similar.

Both feature stories about interesting places that the lead character visited, also the pace of each anime is similiar.

When I watched King of Bandit jing, I automaticly though of Train from Black cat. Both the main charcters in the animes are both like legands that spread around slowly, but thats almost the only thing that are alike.
