Simple animation, cats and a similar style of humour.

Both are extremely crude in it's humour and in it's characters.

these are fairy tales for adults that immerse us in the soulful world of the author. this is a lesson demanding works to understand... they can be felt but what would you understand you need to immerse yourself in the author's background... well, I think so

Honestly, what? One of them was an incredibly long shitpost and the other was just plain evil. It probably isn't what you expected if you didn't look hard enough. But I can guarantee anime like these two don't come around a lot. Enjoy.

They look cute. They really do. But as you have already seen with one of them, it is the same for the other, unfortunately :( But hey, that's subverting expectations, with a side dish of black comedy. Expiration date? None. Watch these two if you want to see randos (sometimes innocents) suffer.

These cats don't behave like normal cats. In consequence, it gets really surreal. Super surreal. I'd recommend it for some out-of-the-ordinary content you won't be found again anytime soon.

Only similarity is white cat short ona , otherwise they are completely different, yet i can see someone enjoying both, (like me, both of these are two of my fav medias ever.)

Short anime about anthropomorphised animals. Both have simplistic animation/artystyle, but are intended for adult audience with their content.

short episodes, and they both have a similar dark humor.

"Cat Soup Theatre" / "Nekojiru Gekijou Jirujiru Original" and "Strange+" are both comedic shorts series with lots of gags and jokes that often learns towards dark humour.
