By far the underdog of this season, Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry exceeded my expectations. The weak and generic start can put off a lot of people. Where as many will simply discard it as another addition to the list of ever growing bad harem anime.
But that will be a grave mistake, because amongst the bad shows the good ones get disregarded.
Such is the case with Rakudai Kishi.
Story wise, it does not do much different, a school setting where students are called Blazers and they battle in selection matches to be selected in the Nationals. Nothing new here, the change arrives with the introduction of
...
our main leads.
Stella Vermellion, an A class top of the class Knight and Ikki Kurogane, a failed F rank knight.
The character personalities is a common share, what keeps them fresh is the interaction between them.
The main is not some dumb, dense, perverted idiot, but a super strong, knight who can take on any opponent. Throughout the show, the characters evolve and change with clear personality development.
The harem tag is immediately dropped as the two main develops a relationship in the fourth episode further solidifying it in the last.
The plot twist and the epic battle scenes make it a must watch show. It is a product of great battle scenes, breath taking moments and situations where you start rooting for the main as if you are in there.
No words about the sound, its very well done.
Overall, Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry came out to be a show that despite a weak start with generic setting and characters, picks up the pace and continues to evolve till the end.
It could have been better and more well received, if it was not for the drag the first 3 episodes were.

Let me review this anime as shortly and precisely as possible. Mayo Chiki is based on a light novel so it is a no surprise that the anime adaption is not complete and ends without a definite conclusion. By going through the synopsis, you probably know the premise, so I am not going to bother with that.
First of all, cross dressing characters in an anime series is nothing new, but few anime do this as skillfully as Mayo Chiki. It gives away with cookie cutter characters and provides a genuine character development. What I said about the characters is true for all except the
...
main. No he is not all clichéd and stereotypical jerk but possesses some unique traits. The character of Kanade or Ojou Sama is a masterfully crafted as it can be, the sinister plots that she puts up really increase the enjoyment level notably.
The problem arises because the anime is not complete, it does not fully develop all its cast so most of the things are left unsaid and underdeveloped.
Lastly, for a final verdict, I would definitely recommend this anime because it tries to do things differently although slightly slipping into the Harem territory which is also rudimentary. But still providing a fair share of laughs and giggles while also entangling us in a sweet romance. As for me I really loved Konohe Subaru, she was the best character in my opinion.
But I highly recommend to pick up the manga, it is completed and provides with a definite and sweet ending, might I add unexpected!
For Anime - 8/10
For Manga 9/10
Light novel is not all translated, if you can get a hold of it definitely read it!

To every Fairy Tail fan out there, this is a must read. I was thrilled when I found out that there was a spin off on Mavis, she in my opinion is the most adorable character in the whole series.
My hopes were high, but I came to see how Fairy Tail was actually formed. The manga tackles the recurring issue of 'Friendship' in this spin off too, but with a new cast of characters. Till chapter 12, Mavis along with Precht Gaebolg the second guild master, Yury Dreyar the father of Makarov and Warrod Sequen one of the magic saints.
The manga brings new and
...
exciting events in the current 12 chapters, the learning of magic and pain of losses.
Till now to the manga has met my hopes and kept me excited till the last page.
I request every Fairy tail fan to give this a shot.
If you haven't read of watched fairy tail, skip this manga as you won't enjoy it quite as much.

Romeo X Juliet, though the story borrows mostly from the Shakespeare’s story it is presented in a remarkably different way. The story has been changed a little in order to remove overly used cliché moments by making it a somewhat opaque. Due to the fact that this is an anime adaptation, it has been moulded to fit it, by offering mythical beast such as flying horse called Dragon Steeds.
Story: (9/10)
The story revolves around our two main characters Romeo and Juliet who are bounded by love but separated by fate. I am impressed on how the story is altered not entirely but in some parts to
...
give it a fresh tone. Each episode ended with a cliffhanger, and each episode felt fairly good. Although it doesn't carry the same tragic feelings on all parts, you can still feel the pain of separation and tenderness.
Characters: (9/10)
Though I haven’t really read the original play so I can’t compare, the characters were very well built, each having their own personality. The complexity of each character was splendid. Many of the supporting characters have names from other Shakespeare plays too!
Sound: (10/10)
This is where the show really shines. The background music blended perfectly with the scenes, the emotions in them really stood out. As for the ending and opening sequences, I never skipped them; they were just too touching and poignant in some ways. One more thing, the dub, this is first show I would recommend watching dubbed, the English lines are much more related to the old English. The fluid talks and use of old English in some scenes really merged well.
Art and Animation(7/10)
The only downside of the show, tough personally it wasn't much of a bother but still the art feels a little bland. But still the brushed out colours matches the setting perfectly. The animation is not so smooth in some part and I felt drop in quality after 15 episodes, but still it didn't took away from the show.
Conclusion: (9/10)
I am not a fan of Shakespeare’s work but this adaption really amazed me, the story, characters, sound all blended beautifully to provide and exceptional and lasting impression for me. Though the story deviates from the original and the introduction of fantasy elements might turn away some but if you are not a die-hard fan of Shakespeare and don’t get bothered by change, please watch the show. It is just too good to be ignored.

I added B Gata H Kei in my "Plan to Watch" list when I found many recommendation regarding this anime. At first after reading the premise of this anime I was spectacle and unsure if its worth my time but it surely was!
Fan service, which I thought would be present in every frame is minimal, leaving out the first and the last few episodes. It doesn't feel like the show is teasing you but wants you to immerse and feel the feelings of Yamada itself.
....:::Story:::.... 6
The story is nothing special, its about a girl who wants to get laid! Seriously!
and have 100 sex friends,
...
but she couldn't talk to even one. There is no plot as such, the show features the daily life of our main character Yamada as she stumbles upon a guy Kosuda in a departmental store. And thus she begins to hit on him to fulfil her dreams.
MINOR SPOILER
"There is a hint that she might develop feelings for Kosuda, which may or may not happen in future "
....:::ART:::.... 8
The art is generic but has vivid colours so its pleasing to watch. There are no quality drops and the show is quite good looking with smooth animations.
Nothing much to say here.
....:::Sound:::.... 8
The background musics does not really stand out but the opening and ending
theme are quite good and catching.
...:::Character:::.... 8
This is where my opinions might be different from the rest, though there is
character development but it feels unaccomplished. For instance lets say Yamada starts from block 1, at the end of the show she moves to maybe block 2 and that's it. It feels like she accomplished nothing but that doesn't take away from the show too much.
Talking about characters....
Yamada is a really likeable character and you would really love her. On one hand she is bold, daring and outspoken but at the same time she is averse and hesitant, which makes her personality stand out.
....:::Enjoyment:::.... 10
Boy! I really liked the show, the jokes were incredibly funny and it had the sense of completion, I didn't felt that the show was short or incomplete, the ending was perfect. just leaving of the Character Development part.
Overall B Gata H Kei is a awesome show. though it has minor hiccups but still it manages itself well.

Please teacher is one hell of a ride. This is a short anime with 12 evenly paced episodes with one OVA. The story is rather light and nice. The art style is good considering it came around 2003. Great character design and sounds. Though its a very good anime I preferred that the story should had gone further. There are many comic moments which will make you chuckle and many romantic moments sure to leave a impact on your mind. After 8 episodes the story takes more of a sad take which will make you shed a tear. The message in the show is really
...
good, it tells you to move and never stop in life, there are some good and some bad times but one needs to go on without coming to a "stand still". The only bad thing about the anime is that it came to an end pretty soon, I wish it had more episodes. But the end is nice and convincing. I am glad there is an OVA after episode 12 which is a nice addition and really funny to watch. Its based on a somewhat controversial topics with some ecchi(but not that much) moments so its not recommended for younger viewers. Overall for 12 episodes and great story, it is a much watch anime.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Let me review this:
Story: 9
The story is dark and is little bit complicated. But its fast paced and really works out well. The back story of L and Light is not much told but it doesn't take the fun away. But still the story goes a little bit downhill after certain events, which in my thought could have been avoided by the creators. Over all its Good!
Art: 10
The art is just awesome for a 2007 anime.
Sound: 10
The theme song, L's theme, Light's theme, all are amazing, with awesome guitar work and synths!
...
Enjoyment: 10
YOU WILL NOT REGRET WATCHING IT.
Overall: 10
Its a must watch anime
