...then you might like Zankyou no Terror add

They are stories that deal with political/science conspiracies and spies, gouvernment secrets and detective mysteries. They are also packed with thrills and action.

If you liked Elfen Lied add

...then you might like Shiki add

They both develop a similar theme: how forsaken creatures are seen by others. They also seem to criticise the narrow mentality of human beings and to show the darkest part of them. I think the original idea come from Mary Shelly's famous novel. While Elfen Lied fails to be a good show and falls into a gore anime full of fanservice, Shiki remains thought-provoking and atmospheric, and, of course, surpasses the first one. Also, the amount of gore is high in both, and the music is simply beautiful.

If you liked Kino no Tabi: The Beautiful World add

...then you might like Princess Tutu add

Both shows explore the human nature, have a philosophical tone and give you an eerie feeling. The artwork is somewhat similar, both being simplistic with pastel colours. Princess Tutu has some comedy and more action, though.
