Like other people here, it was in my endeavors to find some decent anime with nudity (nudity makes all art more fun, as long as it's quality) that I stumbled upon this show.
It starts off pretty rough, with all this slice-of-life drama and not-at-all interesting initial plot setup sliced up with occasionally grossly pervy panty shots and other such creepshot breast-in-shirt ogling or whatever. I'm really not against pervy stuff, look into my anime history (I started watching anime with the intent to find anime sex and boobs for my partner), it's just the intent that matters to me, I guess. Hentai is honest. High
...
School DxD is honest with itself--the main character is a boob-obsessed perv. Queen's Blade feels honest too--it wants to be a show about "strong" females that just happen to keep chopping each other's tops off. This felt dishonest, because it pretends to be some sort of romance, but does all these creepy little things along the way that feel way more voyeuristic, in a bad way, than all of that other blatant ecchi stuff.
But, I decided to persevere, and there's definitely a bit of a shift as soon as the Nao arc starts -- the show started to engage me as an OK romance, with boobs (which is what I was looking for in the first place).
Then the show surprised me and engaged me even further with the final arc. Haru and Sora are disgusting, and I expected to only be more and more grossed out by the show's pervy ideals in relation to those relations, but I gotta say, the show handles that salacious material quite well, with some really great, shocking, dramatic moments--particularly those endings!
I still can't help but feel like this is still exploitative and it creeps me out thinking someone wrote this only to be able to draw up their incestuous fantasies, but in the Nao arc and the final arc I kept thinking to myself that this kind of sexuality was what I was looking for -- natural and not afraid to show sex or nudity.
One of my biggest issues with all these ecchi shows is the noxious fan ideals of keeping their anime goddesses pure and virginal. I gotta at least give this one credit for (at least in the second half) having sex scenes that felt like they had purpose, or were given some sort of narrative weight or IDK-- and not being afraid of sexuality. Like all of the basement nerds all those Heaven's Lost Property type trash shows are about.
I'm getting way off base here-- anyway, this is... an interesting show. I wouldn't really recommend it. But you could do way worse.

My partner's request to "find more anime with boobs" after we watched Perfect Blue first led me, as an unexperienced anime-watcher, to the stuff known as ecchi--but when Sekirei (our first toe in the water in that genre) failed to impress too much, my partner suggested we go deeper, and "find stuff with sex".
I would agree that the whole skeezy 'virginal' 'chastity' thing going on ecchi limits the stuff a whole lot. We both just think sex makes TV so much more entertaining.
One route took me to Yosuga no Sora, which is boring and skeezes me out by throwing in gratuitous panty shots into what
...
pretends to be a drama.
The other route took me to the hardcore stuff--hentai.
So besides skimming through various 'well-rated' series on here, this is the first one I've attempted to watch all the way through. And I'm surprised by just how enjoyable and erotic it is.
I'm no hentai expert, but when I think of the stuff I think of creepy "lolicore" stuff, weird monster/tentacle stuff, and, just from what I've seen on streaming sites, lots of long, boring scenes where you just watch these boring forms do the same two frames for ten minutes.
The story is simple, about a high schooler losing his virginity to a girl who thinks he's cute that just wants to be FWB, and his ensuing furthering sexuality.
The animation is surprisingly good, and it being uncensored also helps. (Of course RE: quality, I don't really have a frame of reference beyond those boring/weird/creepy pieces of things I've seen before). And I love that they don't spend too much time focusing on one particular sex act, helping you stay pretty turned on and engaged. Also gotta give them some credit for making everyone have normal boobs (more or less); and for making their male ejaculations reasonable.
I watched the English dub, and was surprised by how not-bad that was, as well.
Anyway, overall, there's no award-winning stuff happening here, but if you wanna get turned on, I mean, this'll probably work. Unless you're into that tentacle stuff. But if that ain't your cup of tea, and you don't mind the idea of sexy anime (I guess I don't anymore), give this a shot.

I'm not the biggest fan of Sekirei; though the show (the first season) was satisfactory for what me and my partner were looking for (anime shows with boobs--nudity just makes TV more fun), Sekirei just happened to be the first one we watched, and we've since moved on from caring. The story was never the greatest, in fact, it was pretty dumb in my opinion. The worst part was the loli 'sister' character, however, who here gets her own ten minute special, more or less. As such, this is probably the worst thing related to Sekirei (thus far), but I'll still give it a 5
...
for the bath scene at the end, which is a decent trade for all the quote-unquote "cuteness" happening here. I guess I'm easy to please.
The animation is never bad, and I watched the English dub, which is as acceptable here as it is in the main series. But that little girl just creeps me out too much; and why waste our time on her when we could be animating more voluptuous breasts?
