I think this is the most ok-ish anime out there, it's not horrible like some of these reviews are saying, but it's also not very good and definitely doesn't deserve the hype it gets
There are 2 really big issues with this show:
1) the characters - all of the main cast are basically a personification of a certain trauma/ptsd/problem and the anime tries to stress how big and serious these problems are, which is fine, but..
All of the characters solve their life-long troubles in literal minutes, in very stupid and unrealistic ways, which directly goes against everything that the anime was trying to stress and stand
...
for. If you want to make problems seem very important, don't let them solve in literal 30 seconds after you introduced them
2) the ending - this show doesn't have an ending as far as the 12 episodes of the anime go, at the time of writing this i still haven't seen the special episode, leaves literally every single mystery unsolved
There are definitely some redeeming scenes in this one, but with the 1-dimensional characters who basically get developed 0% throughout a show that was meant to be about overcoming troubles, it really misses the point.
Watch if you're really bored.
