The character designs (hairstyles and hair colors) are extremely similar, the music also sounds very similar, and they are both of supernatural genre and set in a fancy school.

Both are shoujo series that involve otherworldly characters such as Devils, vampires, and demons. Both take place mostly at school as well. Dance with Devils is a reverse harem and involves more romance, but you could argue that Makai Ouji has a little bit too.

Natsuki Hanae sings the OP to Makura no Danshi (and also voices one of the characters) and is the main character for Star Myu where he also sings quite a bit. Both have mostly male characters and are directed mainly towards women or girls.

The main character in both have the same seiyuu and they have a similar feel to them. Both have a guy who is tidy and seemingly cold but caring on the inside towards others, especially small children. Supporting characters in both series are also pretty fantastic.

Both are overall very lighthearted and sweet, Soredemo has less fan service and is a little more serious but the main idea of both shows are pretty much the same. Both have a girl who has to marry against her will and ends up getting along with her partner-to-be.
