Tiger & Bunny is known for being all about superheroes, mystery, drama, and action. That being said, this special is not here to deliver on those genres.
Tiger & Bunny: Too Many Cooks Spoil the Broth is an extra little treat for fans of the franchise that want to see just a few more minutes of their favorite characters getting to relax, goof off together, and have a laugh. You will not find any action or plot really necessary to see, nor is it particularly high budget or well done, but if you enjoy the characters, particularly in more slice-of-life settings, you will get at

least some enjoyment out of this special.
The criticism online is very harsh, but as a fan who has consumed the rest of the content offered for the franchise, I do believe this special holds value, if only just for giving viewers a more complete understanding of the characters themselves as they're forced to work together in yet another, albeit no-stakes, situation they must endure. Plus we get a heartwarming moment between the number one hero duo themselves, showing us once again how much Kotetsu cares for Bunny. That alone makes this special worth dropping a quick 17 minutes to watch.
