Both series are about a couple who get married due to an arrangement between their families. However, they are lucky and end up with partners that they like. Neither couple has made a move romantically yet, but the reasoning for this is different. Ne Ne Ne is super short if you're looking for a quick read. Totsuidekita Yome ga Aisouwarai Bakari shiteru has 32 chapters at this time and is still ongoing, so there's more time for the author to flush out the relationship, even if it's a super slow burn. I think both series are sweet romances, although some people may have issue with the huge age gap in Ne Ne Ne.
