So when i started watching Your Name 20 minutes in i thought im gonna rate it 10/10 why? Because the characters are cool, the story was a bit confusing but was still really good and enjoyable. However the story changed in such a bad way. By bad way i mean the story turned way too confusing to understand, it started making less sense every minute. I know supernatural genre animes are typically confusing at some point but Your Name took that to a next level. The characters started acting rather weird too and after some time it became unenjoyable because it had so much potential ... if the story just didn't change that way. The art was amazing, 10/10 animation for me and the sound fits well in every scene but actions taken by the characters became more and more confusing and i eventually didn't understand anything anymore because of how confusing it was, not just the characters behavior but the whole plot, story, etc. Itself.

While dragon ball is an anime rather about action, these specials are still something very enjoyable. Well the age group is obviously like 6-12 years and the animation is really bad, but it's still nice since it teaches kids not to play with fire and teaches kids not to just run across a street without looking. If you're a fan of the original OG Dragon Ball from 1986 them im sure you're gonna enjoy these specials.

And since i have to write a longer review here's my thoughts on if the specials made sense: No, they didn't really make sense and it's obviously non-canon almost like ... a filler but that's not a problem since the specials are still nice and short. So anyone that has at least a bit of free time can watch it since watching both would only take 25 minutes.

The movie was just bad. First of all the movie was way too short for the events happening in there like there was so much room for more. Second of all the movie is a typical non-canon anime movie so pretty much nothing special. Like you see some events in DBZ and wonder: But that already happened in the movie so why is Son Goku surprised? Third of all the movie didn't really explain the new character (Garlic Jr.). He just appeared out of nowhere kidnapping Son Gohan and then a little 1 minute backstory about Garlic Jr. Including... literally nothing about him in it. ... So the movie was pretty bad in my eyes.

Vinland Saga is a really good new gen anime, ofc there are a lot of animes that take place in the past but vinland saga is one of the best, the story is really good and has nice character development, if you haven't watched it yet then i can just recommend because it's so good and im sure if you're a fan of animes that play in the past or a fan of good character development or story then im sure you would enjoy Vinland Saga. Also the voice actors really did a great job (im talking about the japanese version since im sub only) ... but it can really give you nice vibes since it's such a good anime. The openings are also so good, the first opening is one of my favorite anime openings ever.
