This is the first manga that has made me write a review, i just can't handle it.
It started out amazing, it had a pretty interesting premise and the characters were also nice. I enjoyed it a lot in the first few chapters, but oh god did it get bad. Only rating the first 20 or so chapters i would give this a solid 8, maybe even 9, but the chapters afterwards killed it. If you ever are going to read this, please only read the first 20ish chapters, its for your own good.

The plot gets stupid after around 20 so chapters, the mc's sister???

started to fall for the main character who lived with her for her whole life. Before she discovered the mc wasn't blood related to her, she didn't have any interest in him, but after she discovered it she started to fall in love with him?? The mc also treated her as his little sister, but for plot reasons he suddenly started to like her in only 1 chapter. 1 chapter... Like what the actual f. The sister wasn't even in play but she suddenly becomes one of the choice, terrible writing.
The plot also only focuses on the mc's non biological parents, while his biological parents are nowhere to be found. It talks about how the girl who got swapped with the mc is getting to know her biological parents, while our main character doesn't even meet his biological parents? It started to make me feel like the mc isn't really the mc, since its mainly focusing on how the girl gets to know her real family.
anddd..... The mc is currently being forced to live with the girl who got swapped with him, because their parents wants them to get married. It was pretty interesting when it was only them, but then, remember what i said before about his sister? Yeah, she suddenly came and started to live with them......? Its not over yet, after some more chapters, the girl who the mc likes also comes to live in the house.??...??... Like why... Why is the author forcing this guy to have a harem. It would've been perfect if it was like nisekoi, but no, the author had to make it a harem. And a harem with no logic at that.
Oh, i almost forgot to mention that the mc is constantly being dragged everywhere by his sister and the swapped girl, hes constantly being pushed around by others and barely has his own opinions. He says he needs to study hard, but what happens, he gets dragged around by his sister or the swapped girl, but he somehow gets better score than before. He studies less, but his score gets better, and even when he gets a bad score, all he needs to do is say "oh no i got cocky," and he suddenly gets good scores again, while studying even less.
