I've read the almost 300 chapter in like 3 days, and the manga kinda reignited some kind of depression in me. I was kinda emotionally attached to keep reading and reading, but like i said it was rather depressing for me.
My first Rating was an 8, then a 6, then I started to write this review and it got down to 4, and now im upset and it down to 2....
- Story Pace is slow slow slow as hell, 280 Chapters in and it still feels like there is a huge gap between both Chizuru and Kazuya.

About Chizuru (Girl MC): Interesting at the start, ... with two faces, the face of the perfect gf, but also the real one, and now later (the depressed one). Some chapters we get a "well, there might be some feelings for him' but then also being completely ignorant towards him, and in the moment where she's going a step towards him, she always does it in a way, that I just don't buy from her. I like almost never had the feeling that she like the MC in any way. We're in Chapter 282 and it feels like there is no progression at all.
No, for real, I really hate her character, maybe even more than Kazuya. Like completely unaware, how much emotional grief her action would cause for the the MC. I wouldn't even be surprised, if she decides that doesn't love him, and we get a drama plot twist, which would actually be interesting.

About Kazuya (Male MC): I really don't like to use this description, but I just cannot otherwise. What is this complete beta bullshit of a character. How low can you go? This guy whole existence revolves around, that he has to make Chizuru happy. Like what about being happy for himself, can't a man be happy without needing a woman to make his life good. And even side character say "Men sole reason for existence is to make woman happy". What is this fucking bs. This MC has zero redeeming qualities, repeat himself how beautiful chizuru is, and why she wastes time with him. And even after 280 chapters, (stuff happend between them and the got closer), he still thinks that she hates him after all what happend.

Despite being a useless character, I love Sumi. Also i love Ruka-chan, despite being used as a cock-block. These two are at lease *somewhat* relatable characters, but still not very good written...
All characters are like ~20-21, but act like 12-14.

Don't read it if you have depression, it'll make it worse. Otherwise, if you have a masochistic side, it could be for you.

Man, this review really got me upset... x)

Story: (3)
We have a male protagonist, who is forced into a arranged marriage. Further the protagonist is cursed, when splashed with cold water, he will turn into a woman. So, the story is a romance, plus the search for a cure for the curse, somewhat.
The romance part was a huge let down, while there were some short romantic moment, those moments were never satisfying to read since all of those moments where destroyed by trying to hard to to be funny. (using characters go to jokes) The peak of the let down was the "on the brink of death, I love you, oh I survived ... and heard everything"-part. And on top of that, again ruined by trying to be funny.
Search for the cure:
There were sections where there was a potential cure, which turned out to not work... Until the end of the story. Period.
Rest of the Story: just random slapstick comedy.

Art: (9)
There is nothing to rant about the art and drawings. Everything was looking good and was drawn well.

Characters: (1)
No mental character development. The characters did not change a bit from beginning to end of this manga. And so did the comedy. Always same behavior patterns. Was just annoying at some point for some characters ...

Enjoyment: (5)
Well, I did read it till the end, so I did enjoy it to some degree. The Comedy was at first funny, but the jokes got repetitive and cracking the same joke over and over and over until the end, just got annoying. Same chapter's where so annoying, that I just skipped them.
There where some cute moments, but they always got ruined by the comedy.
