If you liked Kämpfer add

...then you might like Kill la Kill add

Both series are action-themed but are mostly recognised for the immense amount of fanservice. We have girls transforming and battling each other, but you mostly watch this for the "plot". At least I suspect most people do. Another similairity is that in both series the protagonist is very embarressed by their transformation at the beginning, but learns to deal with it later. Between the two of them Kill la Kill stays true to the action genre and just puts the fanservice in there at the same time, while Kämpfer turns into a harem halfway through.

...then you might like Mob Psycho 100 add

Both anime feature a protagonist with supernatural powers in a world where that is quite rare, and they both are mostly underestimated by their opponenets. Another similairity is that they both mostly fight ghosts or spirits. They even both are part of some sort of exorcising agency, where they are not the boss but they are the most potent fighter.

If you liked School Days add

...then you might like Danganronpa 3: The End of Kibougamine Gakuen - Zetsubou-hen add

Both series feature characters in highschool more or less having fun, but tensions start to build up during the show and in the end things end up really bad for basically everyone involved. Both are an example of a school anime gone wrong. In School Days things go wrong because of the characters themselves, while in Danganronpa 3 Zetsubou-hen a person outside of the group causes everything to end up bad.

...then you might like Danganronpa 3: The End of Kibougamine Gakuen - Mirai-hen add

Both series have a group of characters who are dying one by one with seemingly no way to stop it except possibly by killing off one member of the group, who's identity is unknown. Both series focus on finding out how this situation came to be and how to stop it, all the while the bodies keep piling up. In Danganronpa 3 Mirai-hen all deaths are caused by humans, while in Another there is a supernatural reason for these deaths and they are 'accidents'.
