Minimal spoilers for first chapters.
Please don't expect another Haikyuu, This is not Haikyuu. Haikyuu is Haikyuu and if expect to be exactly like Haikyuu u will be disappointed. Howeever if you are intrested in "realistic" (i.e. without super powers) shounen sports manga focused on Volleyball you will be not disappointed, and you are free to drop this review and go read manga.

For rest who are not convicted:
Firstly we have our main character Shimodaira first year at high school, who has like nearly every shounen protagonist, specific quirk. His quirk is not able to jump due to something which looks like PTSD, and there fore specialising in serve as pitch server.
So we have rest of cast, mainly we have rest of first years which are introducted with some depth, rest of team (senpai's) who for first 57 chapters werent given much backstories comparing to Haikyuu. This is part which many people will be angry about. Haikyuu is masterpiece in terms of buiding character and of course "good" series will look bad.
Most important thing: This manga is able to capture "epic sports moments". This moments make reading any shounen series worth it.
There are many sports manga which failing to do that or they are switch focus to drama and make only sports backround. Here you have pure sport no drama.
Art is on "good" ish level, there are still panels in most important moments which are beatifully crafted so i gave 8/10 for them.
At the moment of writing it there are 63 translated chapters with manga finished and having above 200 chapters. I really hope translators will pick up on this series.
