Both have the same setting of a group of friends with 1 boy and 4 girls talking and doing stupid things in their group. The group in GJ-bu is an unknown club while in Seitokai no Ichizon it's the student council. The male character is usually being bullied by the girls, leading to hilarious consequences. Seitokai no Ichizon has fast paced humor, making you unable to breath for a few seconds, while GJ-bu is a little slower. The male characters differ greatly in personality. Kyouya (GJ-bu) is just a normal boy while Ken (SnI) is a super pervert trying to create a harem. The girls have more character similarities: Mao (GJ-bu) and Kurimu (SnI) are both child-like leaders of the respective groups Shion (GJ-bu) and Chizuru (SnI) both have the onee-san feel to them and tend to tease the male character Megumi (GJ-bu) and Mafuyu (SnI) are the "angels" of their respective groups Kirara (GJ-bu) and Minatsu (SnI) are both quite strong physically.

Binbougami ga!

Both are mainly comedic series but have some drama and character development. Lots of parodies, interesting characters and over the top humor. The only major difference is the main character cast. In Binbougami ga! the main characters are a rich, selfish (but lonely) high school girl and a god of misfortune who takes the form of a girl with dirty clothes and a bandaged arm, while in Gintama the main cast is a yorozuya (odd jobs) trio of a lazy silver haired guy who reads shonen jump and loves sugar, a normal boy with glasses who's usually the tsukkomi and a china girl with monstrous strength and a bottomless stomach. Even if the charascters are a bit different the atmosphere is about the same.

In both there exists a different world where people fight each other. In this separate world there exists an "avatar" of a person in our world. In C it's the person's "Asset" which reflects one of the person's possible futures. In BRS it's an another person (resembling the real world version) which reflects the feelings of the person in the real world. In C their fights happen consciously and they affect the real world while in BRS it's vice versa, they fight unconsciously and the real world actions affect the fighting in the other world. The main characters are somewhat similar personality-wise. They both don't want to hurt others but at the same time are afraid of getting hurt.
