Tengoku Daimakyo is a pretty enjoyable show that stands out with its intresting world setup and emphasis to small details that give hints to some events and characters background., great visuals/animation nice op and ending.
It do have flaws so dont expect much on behalf of story development, character decisions... 
I'd rather watch it as a cozy slice-of-life sci-fi adventure of two characters in a post-apocalyptic world with nice ground to think about what is going on around..
imho one of the best anime released since 2020

As the series progresses, the connections between these two worlds slowly unravel, revealing a complex and deeply layered plot.

I believe manga covers much more than anime so you can read it if you want
