...then you might like Ashita wa Docchi da! add

MC have similar personalities and are strong/gang involvement because of the childhood next door neighbours whom they are in love with. The tone of the manga and silly side stories really give these manga the same feel too. The big differences being A. Oresama teacher is much longer and more complete and B. The MC is a boyish girl rather than a guy who is unsuccessfully trying to make her debut as a feminine beauty so it's like reversed.

...then you might like Uta no☆Prince-sama♪ Maji Love 1000% add

"Sen percen' love" Also a reverse harem. This anime is pretty typical. Selective music school is the base.The main protagonist isn't simply an obstinate (or clueless) love interest to allow the audience to oggle bishies And the bishies aren't the exact same looking someone's definition of a perfect guy. She's the lyricist and they're the performers. even if you don't watch the anime Watch the opening theme song. 'cause it is freaking epic!

...then you might like xxxHOLiC add

different peoples stories around a central theme each episode and with the appearance of the main characters each episode though in xxHolic it is a larger proportion main charcter. They both have a "darkness in the human heart" theme going. In xxxHolic it's various sins, in Hell Girl it's seeking out revenge at the cost of your soul. xxxHolic has a fair bit of comedy to it that Hell Girl doesn't have .

...then you might like Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! add

The main female character in each is very similar. They're both school setting romances but very different from the standard storyline, both have a significant comedy element but are totally adorable too. Toradorable* :p

Both manga have half races present and in both the main character is royalty, but is heavily descriminated against which motivates them to fight for equality. I really like both of these and highly recommend them, though they are quite different.

...then you might like Coda add

They are both about main characters trying hard to pursue what the love against their families will and both have a gender bender aspect to the MC. Also, the thing I love about them both is that the characters progression in their passion isn't unbelievable. eg. deus ex machina: "You will be awesome at this" kapow.

If you liked Sora wa Akai Kawa no Hotori add

...then you might like Reimei no Arcana add

They have a very similar feel, historical, politically involved uprising, although main protagonist is from present day. There are no semi-human races in red river but there is plenty of magic. The female protagonists are a little different, I don't think Yuri is nearly as cool as Nakaba but Kail (male protagonist) is much cooler than Caesar. The female protagonists do have one major thing in common. and that is that neither of them look like anyone else. Nakaba has her red hair in the black haired royal family and Yuri is Japanese and has been dragged back to Ancient Anatolia. Red river put a lot more plot towards the relationship between the two protagonists that Reimei no Arcana.

...then you might like Kaichou wa Maid-sama! add

Special A is not as kinky as Kaicho wa Maid-sama but the main female characters are very similar, hard working types. Special A has something that maid sama was missing, more main charcters. and they have good intertwined back stories. The comedy is on the same level as Maid-sama and there's the same playoff of one person who is very in love and another who is not.

...then you might like Mirai Nikki (TV) add

Deadman Wonderland is like Mirai Nikki but better. It's like Akira but better. It has the same dark and bloody aspect with twisted personalities and interesting back stories and an archetypally cute girl for a young boy who suddenly finds uexpected powers, but like gasai yuno, shiro is so much more than she seems.

This is very similar to ouran high school host club. it is toned down on the romantic side and amped up on the funny side. it almost goes too far in the whole cute guys side of things as is probs a bit embarrassing to watch with a group but is still absolutely enjoyable.
