If you like strong female leads in anime then you should definitely check this one out. With 5 female main characters with differing personalities, you are bound to find some or all that you like and want to know more about.
If you are all about action, you might want to reconsider this one. Although there is decent amount of action throughout, this show doesn't rely heavily on it's action sequences to carry it. The show will take time to show you character backstories as well as go on some missions that involve little no action.
If you require good animation than you will want to include

it in your lists. Although I would say the animation is pretty par for the course when compared to other shows around this time. Where the animation really shines is in any fast moving vehicle scenes. I wont get specific as to not spoil anything.
If you like settings involving early turn of the century, or steam punk, or Europe, then this is a must. Examples of these setting are everywhere in every episode. It doesn't really get overbearing if you don't really like it, but it's awesome if you do.
Overall, i think this a hidden gem this season. It is a lot of fun to watch, it is not afraid to get dark and heavy at times, and all the characters' relationships, motivations and dialogue feel very believable and appropriate for the setting and plot.
