...then you might like Trickster: Edogawa Ranpo "Shounen Tanteidan" yori add

So far both shows seem pretty similar in some aspects, but are very different in others. Trickster is a story based on problems that will happen on a normal person life and there is Boys' Detective Team which will help you with that problem as long as you pay them. This is a similarity between both shows because Yato from Noragami will also fix your problem if you pay him five yen which is much cheaper than Trickster. However, unlike Trickster, Noragami story is based on Gods and supernatural events related to demons. In Trickster the characters just face the what you can call normal problems. But in both animes there are two characters that get along really well (even though it doesn't look like it sometimes). Trickster's Kobayashi and Hanasaki and Noragami's Yato and Yukine. Kobayashi and Yukine are also pretty similar to each other and the same happens with Yato and Hanasaki. Plus this double as a female friend that advises them a few times, Noragami's Hiyori and Trickster's Noro. In conclusion, we can find similarities in both shows in this little things but in general the stories behind the shows, so far (I'm currently watching Trickster as it airs), aren't very similar. This, however, doesn't mean that they are really good animes and are worth your time.

...then you might like Ao no Exorcist add

The story behind both shows are pretty similar but also the characters and both are action and shounen animes. The main thing in common between the two shows is the story and reason why the anime exists. In Ao no Exorcist we have Okumura Rin that was born with devil power due to his real father, and in D.Gray-Man we have Allen Walker, a teenager that was cursed by his father figure when he turned him into an akuma (demon), but even if both characters were cursed with this devil power they keep fighting it and continue to protect what's important to them, and due to that both become exorcists. One more thing in common between Rin and Allen is that both have weapons, a sword that control Rin's flames and Allen's innocence that in the end changes form to a sword as well. There are, on both shows, other similarities between others characters. We can compare D.Gray-Man's Lavi with Ao no Exorcist's Shima due to their energetic personalities but also D.Gray-Man's Kanda with Ao no Exorcist's Suguro because in the beginning their feelings towards the main characters aren't the best but eventually that changes. They are two good animes that makes you really into the story and very excited to know what will happen next, and it's very interesting to see how everyone around the main characters start changing and fighting for what they think it's right.

...then you might like Noragami add

In both animes the characters that fight the "evil" have some weapons that only them can use. In D.Gray-Man the exorcists have their own innocence while in Noragami the gods need to find a pure soul to create their own which reminds me of how the akuma and souls are related in the show. Also, D.Gray-Man and Noragami are more focused on a story of one main male character and his group of friends that always contains one girl that both want to protect more than anything. We can also compare how Yato and Allen lost their weapon for various reasons but still never gave up on fighting. Yato and Yukine combo also reminds me of Kanda and his innocence. Both animes are amazing and the story behind the main character is kinda similar.

If you liked Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun add

...then you might like Watashi ga Motete Dousunda add

This is, in a way, similar to the story of Watashi ga Motete Dousunda because both main characters like anime and manga. Of course unlike Kae, Chiyo has a crush on the main male character and doesn't want to see him with anyone else but her, however the comedy between the two anime is similar and in my opinion Kae and Chiyo have similar reactions to different type of situation. Plus every fan wants Kae to end up with one of the boys and Chiyo to end up with Nozaki even if both girls have some issues on the way to get what we want.
