In Persona 4, we have this very funny moment where the girls are competing to see who’s the best cook, so they decide to make omelettes. Our friend Yukiko really wants to show off the culinary skills she has been working on, so she picks various ingredients, some delicious, some weird, but, when it comes the time to taste it, Best Boy Kanji Tatsumi expertly describes it as “boneless”. When we eat it, the game lets us know we don’t taste anything at all, not even the ingredients.

Lupin III: Cagliostro no Shiro

STORY (8/10) - The story pacing is quite good for the 100 minutes of run time. The feeling reminds me of the classic Indiana Jones movies, for despite the overall light and fun tone, the moments of higher stakes feel serious indeed (despite never fearing for the life of our protagonist, of course).
The presentation is also quite good and makes the movie easy to follow, even for someone who, like myself, had never watched anything else related to Lupin III.
