Just to make things clear, the premise of this show itself is fucking stupid. It's that kind of a show that doesn't try to have an interesting, original story, or great writing, or something that would make you use your brain a bit more, it's the exact opposite. It's one of the shows that is based on fan-service, moe, and cliches that appeal to the major part of the audience. In my opinion, there are two goals shows like these are trying to accomplish. One - make the
viewer feel good, two - make money, attract as much viewers as possible by providing them straight-forward,

easily-digestible plot and writing, with all of the 'moe' traits mentioned above, and nothing more. Seems like these types of shows are getting more and more popular nowdays, which is a result of modern media consumerism, but that's a topic for another article.
But all of that is fine. I was fully aware of this when I started watching this anime. I wanted to turn my brain off, I wanted to get that quick quilty pleasure from watching idealised girls in a yuri relationship, I wanted to watch something that would entertain me in a cheap way, I can enjoy shows like these. The problem is, this anime failed even at doing that. It's fucking boring.
The writing even at this level is incredibly bad. The plot consists of things that you've seen a million times before that are guaranteed to work, like studying sessions, exclusive rooftop access, pool cleaning, etc.. but this anime failed at making them entertaining. The dialogues are stupid (again, even when taking into account what kind of show this is) completely irritating, they feel like they don't have any meaning or goal. Those stupid animation quirks are overused to shit, combined with the dumb dialogue and I'm actually having trouble watching it because it causes me so much discomfort. I feel like that thing with the flowers representing character interaction that pops up for like 2 frames without a chance of actually realizing what it represents is slapped between every third shot, and its fucking bad. The only time dialogue is somehow relevant is on kissing scenes, but they just ended up using the same formula for their intimate talk and it becomes annoying. It's pretty obvious that the kissing scenes are the main driver and behind this show, the ultimate trump card for the viewer, and it shows. There is a lot of them. The thing is, the huge contrast between the stupid brainless character behaviour, and the seduction thats going on while they're kissing, makes it feel completely out of place. Characters are a bit below average for a show like this. We've got the cheerful girl with short/playful hair, then the bit more reserved (but not too much) girl with longer/boring hair and big tits, one of them has an older sister with an overprotective complex. Then we have the supporting characters - the girl who is a part of the student council, the loli girl with all of her typical loli traits, and I'm not even going to continue because I'm sure y'all can guess what the rest of the characters are like (I don't remember a single name). The problem with the characters for anime like this is the lack of defining traits, I feel like apart from their looks and personality, there is absolutely nothing I can say about them. No interests, no nothing. Well, we know that the most important aspects of this anime are fucked, one thing that could potentionally make this anime 5 times more enjoyable for me remains - the art/animation. And it's dogshit. I hate it. It's way too simple for trying to display a real world. It works for certain shows with more surreal ake on the world, but not this one. Characters lack any detail as well. The little animation that exists (usually kissing scenes) looks bad. It just doesn't work, and I don't think I came across one shot that looked aestethically pleasing. Can't say anything about the sound, I had it turned off.
This anime is a failure. I'm having trouble following the show, either because the writing is terrible, there are flowers jumping around on my screen, I'm falling asleep or my thoughts are trailing off because this shit is boring - the most important trait that any media should avoid.

(I recommend to read this review after you completed the show)
To put it shortly: the world wasn't ready for this anime back in 2015. If it got relased somewhere around this time, I'm almost sure it would be alot more popular, and the rating would be higher and it would probably get a second season as well.
Last anime that made me laugh this hard was Grand Blue. Remember that scene where our main heroine first showed up with the panties over head, shouting "Big Penis!!!" out of nowhere? I laughed for 10 minutes straight at that scene. It

spread all across the 12 episodes, and it makes me laugh every time. Repeatedly screaming "Penis! Vagina! Penis! Vagina!" while rolling on the ground is just hilarious. Think of it whatever you want.
Other than that, everything is pretty mediocre really. Your typical mainstream comedy harem anime, with everything included - high-school setting, MC who is afraid of anything lewd (but still gets the most lewd scenes), the short-haired, big-tidded, childhood friend, and the generic heroine girl with idealized body. Plus you got this one gay dude that isn't so common (or is he?)
The story is, of course, horrible. I don't even remember the details, but I do remember that writing was really basic and shallow. I guess you can think of it as a metaphore or some shit, but I highly doubt the writers though of it like that, when they were apparently under the influence of alcohol when they came up with this anime.
With that said, I expected all of the negative things mentioned, and accepted them beforehand. Still, it really reminds me of what I went through when I watched Grand Blue (go watch that show as well) - and that is definitelly a 10/10 experience. You can't be serious when it comes to reviewing something like this.

There was a breaking point for me in this anime, where you fail to take into consideration everything objective. That's exactly why I give it 10/10.
Yes, we all know this show has terrible directing, bad consistency, poor production decisions, too much cliche, unneeded drama and many more, even though it was one of the most hyped anime of the season. That's everything reviewers need to nerd the fuck out of it, give it 1/10 on it and proudly give it the title of the worst show they ever saw.

watching my first full-series; Sword Art Online. Yes, the show was terrible, it also had gigantic hype and failed to live up to the expectations, and there were either people praising it, or burying it under the ground, but it was a show that I will never forget. I've watched countless of series since then, but this one made me feel the same as SAO back then. And that is exceptional for me. Hell, this one made me cry even more.
Just to prove this theory, a friend of mine, who is absolutely against anime, never even though of watching anime, suddenly just decided to watch this series, with his own will. He got completely absorbed, and finished the series in one day, even faster than me. He would then send me memes about it, and basically acted like a fan. I didn't recognize him during this time period.
This anime is a one hell of a crazy ride from the start right to the very end. If you don't seek perfect story, characters, plot, and watch anime for enjoyment, you will find more than what you are looking for in this anime.
