I have an advise for you, yes you who are watching anime every week and every season.
Go Take a break! Watch Tsuki ga kirei!

It's a break from your usual Fantasy and Harem Anime.

This show is like a medicine. It is very refreshing in its own considering the genre and story is very ordinary.

I love the Art, not the best but it is great. It add some feels and aura to the show.

Sound is Great, of course OP and ED will be because it's Nao Toyama we are talking about here.

for Character, it is your usual class type character set. Famous guy, boring guy, group of friends, sporty guy, etc. But you could really fit into it because I experience this myself, yes being a student that is.

I really enjoy this show, slow paced, so cliche yet so good. Character actions and events are predictable but that is what keeps you watching this, to see their reactions.

As what I said, this is an ordinary romance anime but a rose among all thorns in today's current anime industry.

LOL its funny how can MAL admin delete reviews if you didn't update yours when the series just ended days ago... As if the only review should remain are the one who can watch the series first. as if we dont have our own life.. hahaha

Anyways,, here is my update for this very very UNDER-RATED series.

This is a Sengoku era inspired series. At first, i dont really plan to watch this because of the way the art is drawn and animation is not really good.
But watching the episode 1 will gives you the thrill to watch the next one. You might have ... to watch at least 3 episode until you realize how good the direction of this series is. While it proves that not ALL masterpiece need a Masterpiece studio and animation quality.

Actually, the animation style will give you a great vibes that match this series as a whole.

There are tons of Nobunaga series, you may notice that every season there is one or two. Mangaka and Storymaker gets the Idea from Japan History, yes the REAL Oda Nobunaga which is a legendary Samurai who unites Japan.

This series follow the real story of sengoku period, so the scenes are predictable. But being predictable will make you want to watch and ask yourself "how could this be done?".

Of course if you live in Japan probably you will hear that name a lot because of the HISTORY subject in school. Then what is the important in Knowing the history? yes that is the question our protagonist ask himself not knowing that one day he will need that knowledge about History!

This series is one of those "TIME TRAVEL" series, the main protagonist one day fall into the school building and then instead of dying he fall into a different time period, yes the Sengoku Period. I guess that when a person got into an accident in their time period (the present) they will sent back to past instead of dying. That is my theory because while being nobunaga, he meet different people who are also from the future and sent in the past. This theory is supported greatly by the final episode where Nobunaga meet another time traveler.

And the most surprising part is he really looks like Oda nobunaga and then coz of the circumstances He needs to be Nobunaga himself and lead the nobunaga clan to conquer Japan!. Funny is that the real Nobunaga becomes his right hand (I wont mention the name, but you will be surprised assuming you know about Nobunaga stories).

That is where the title was from, the Concerto of two Nobunaga.

Characters are not much to remember because you might be familiar with those names if you watch other Nobunaga series, and you may hate some characters too for being annoying and ugly facial expressions..

Sound is pretty good, and what is the most amazing part of this show? When the ED plays... YOU CANT POSSIBLY SKIP THAT!!! the song is superb and really mixed well with the animation! REAL EPIC! you will probably remember the Epic OP song of Arpeggio of Blue Steel because they were both performed by "MY FIRST STORY"

This story might get a sequel if we were lucky, but I hope so. The story is not yet finished, one day they might have to go back in the present.

And there is a HINT in the last episode,,... it says "has just begun!"

This anime is one of the BEST for Spring 2014, though its only 11 episodes.
Another epic light novel series adapted into anime...
Thats why it so short!!

Story is great, not your typical treasure hunting story. Very unique way of hunting powerful treasure...

The graphics is superb!! welll in the ruins that is.... and on fighting scenes too... every blow will make your breath stop!!!

You will get your Jaw Drop everytime they open a ruin, you might wonder that a huge budget was used for just the ruin entry part....

... Characters are good... you can probably remember them even after the show... especially Nanana-chan

So, overall... This anime will surely make your day! I promise that you will regret missing this show.

Well, its been a while i've watch a show like this, pure drama and slice of life.

When watching drama anime, i feel so boring and drop the anime instantly. But this anime is different, every scene captured your attention and wanting the story to go on.

there are so many still unknown reasons and stories that needs to be reveal as the story goes by, thats what is exciting in watching this Drama.

A boy, Jinta who needs to get rid of her guiltiness because he blame himself on the death of one of his 5 childhood friends named Menma when they were young. Because of ... that agony, a ghost Menma in a more adult form was born. But only he can see her, it is as said that she appear because she wants Jinta to grant a wish of her. So, Jinta wants to grant that as a form of apology to wjhat happened to the past.

That is the start of the reunion and hopefully, the remaining 5 friends will be united again after being separated from a tragedy, Menma's death.

Well, since the first episode of fractale, it caught my interest. for me this is one of the best series for this year 2011 season... a 11 episode of adventure with a calm, quiet and fresh aura. The vibes of this anime will bring you a feeling of wanting to watch the next episode again.

This anime will reminds you about MIYAZAKI's works,. of course with Miyazaki's vibes.


10/10 for the story
it has quite unique story, futuristic yet old. The technology they were using is too far away from us now. They even call "antique" those gadgets that were very popular in our current era. it ... looks very futuristic, but if you look at the backgrounds and environment, they were lot of uncivilized lands, farms, mountains and grassland.

10/10 art
well, its not that what you've expect to 2011 anime.Its art is unique in its own way and it is one of its asset that you gives the audience the cam and good feeling when watching this.

9/10 Sound
at first, im not so attract in the ending song, but whenever i watch an episode, i've always sing the song with the ending. Then i notice that it was very good.

9/10 character
The story will be boring if Nessa is not around. Yes, a very lively 10-year old girl called Nessa is giving this series the joy and dont let us audience to be bored and drop the series.

of course the enjoyment is in your own, ive enjoy this a lot.

OVERALL of course 10/10.
