Wow this surprisingly turned into a wholesome anime. At first by name I thought it would be your normal harem anime, I thought I would just watch one for fun. overwhelmed. It has its moments. MC is living a life which we all dream to🌚 It will make you laugh and right after it will make you shy. It’s a slow burner. The anime’s pacing is slow since it’s rom-com so start it keeping this in mind.

This is solid 8/10
It’s a bit confusing at first rather it’s not what you think it is. As mentioned in the summary with the conclusion of Fuko’s favourite manga she decides to end her life because of her powers, because of how lonely she was over the years and then Andy shows up and saves her from ending her life because he wants to die but he can not because of his power and decides to use fuko’s power to end his life. I JUST DONT GET IT.
Why this much hate?
I dont know if u can call this a review but I am addressing what people are saying about anime on social media. Like they are holding too many meetings or its boring etc.
I just don’t really get the hate for this season. And hear me out its not like they are pulling up a stunt like the biggies like Naruto, Bleach or even One Piece where there are many fillers or anime only content which does not have anything do with the main story right?(most of the times)

the most faithful adaptation? The LIGHTNOVEL fans can confirm this.
If we think back and if u watch season 1 & 2 of slime it was all about you know building up the story for the major events.
People are complaining about the meetings which are happening or happened in season 3. If we look back at season 1 & 2—
In season 1 we have only 2 major fights which are with ogres and orcs and except that we didn’t have any major fights. Season 1 was more of intros of characters and world building and after that only we got the big fight with orc lord, which sets up the next arc smoothly. Also with everything there was a subplot building up for the next season, all the things which happened in season 1 was doing of Demon Lord Clayman.
Season 2 Part 1 - was Rimuru being Demon Lord(Arc)
If you see part 1 I think it had only 3 eps of hardcore action or fights everything else was conversation, meetings and planning. Rimuru went to teach students then went to the dwarves kingdom and blumund for the delegations. When he came back all the demon lord stuff happened.
Season 2 Part 2 - Revenge arc of Rimuru on Clayman
If we are talking about the meetings, This arc too had a major meeting of how Rimuru became the demon lord, revival of Veldora, Clayman attacking tempest and Demon Lord Millim being controlled or supporting Clayman all this things were discussed in that meeting and also how they were going to tell the world of events which happened before and after Rimuru became the Demon Lord. After the meetings they planned their attack and Rimuru decided to attend the Walpurgis. Part 2 also wasn’t full of action. If we were to count all the eps which had action in s2 it hardly must be 5-6 eps 1-2 eps here and there. All other eps were Dialogues and Dialogues.
So my point of giving summary of last two seasons is that, That Time I Got Reincarnated As a Slime anime has been like that from its start. And from what I have heard from the Light Novel readers is that s1 & s2 had much more stuff which got cut and season 3 is kinda the word to word adaption of Novels.
And that’s a good thing isn’t it? If u remember what happened with Promised Neverland and Rising of the Shield hero season 2? Its x100 better than that.
And it would be a cliche right? After season 2 to do same thing like build up the story then fights? Major things have happened in season 2. So the aftermath of that is shown in the early eps of s3. While doing all this the story is moving forward and also remember this Rimuru’s main goal is "to live a happy life", he wants to live the way he wants so if we get some peaceful stuff it isn’t bad and its moving forward as it should be. So, Why not take it as that and we may see some good stuff in season 4 and onwards.
And I really mean it, all the scheming of the seven days and that merchant we saw how are you people are not excited at all?
Bro really turned the labyrinth into a business.

In the end credits, a song is played with the credits which has this line “We’re content where we are”.
I mean we all have been there or had the thoughts or have gone through it, when you were like I would do anything to get something it back I would do anything to achieve something right? Or the things we have right now we feel we deserve more or the things we maybe going through are not what we deserve. And so we act in certain ways in that situation or we take certain decisions which leads us to loose the things we already had

and when we loose them we think back and we say this to ourselves that the things weren’t really bad things were fine as it is we I was greedy for more. We always regret it. So things happen and they happen for a good reason and in all that if we try hard to change things we may loose something precious to use it can be anything people, time, feelings, a thing.
I don’t know if I made any sense there but.
Yeah I know I used a lot of or and’s but this is something I really felt after watching the movie.
The movie itself has a simple premise and overall says one thing
“Live in the moment”
“Make most of your present”

Considering when it was released the animation is really really good. Most anime this days don’t have animation close to what this has.
Background score is great, fight choreography is great, animation is great. Everything is well balanced.
The story is pretty simple and short considering the eps it has. Story is pretty straightforward our MC wants to take revenge for his father who was number 1 fighter in the world who was killed by number 2 in the world.
This right now might not be unique or something, but Im sure when it was released it must have been.

I dont know how the manga readers feel about this season(pretty much can guess by the rating) but being an anime only I think this season is back on track after the 4th season. 5th and 6th were were good more of okish. But this is where the final battle starts, its do or die situation. Heroes have to give everything they have got. The last two seasons specifically last season was important for this they learned many things about shigaraki and how his quirks work. They planned everything and lured All for one out, while making him think that everything is going according to

his plans. I just love that Monoma guy bro just popped up and is kinda the most imp character now for the heroes plan. I love how he got cocky when he used Kurogiri’s quirk then was using Eraser’s quirk.
STAR AND STRIPS damn I didn’t expect that, she sacrificed herself but did the most important thing the rule she set out for New Order was the best move, which destroyed some of shigaraki/all for one’s quirks which gave heroes time to plan everything.
The writing sometimes maybe hit or miss but the whole Todoroki family arc is well written. Starting from the grid and lust for power of 2nd Ranked hero to the hatred for his family of a young hero in making to the failure SON.
Kaji Yuki as Shoto and Hiro Shimono as Dabi is just a treat to watch.

What the hell?
Are the animators at Seven Arcs noob.. bro whats with the CGI. They are using CGI when the main character is just walking and casting a spell?
I mean 3D animation is more expensive right? Well the kinda CGI they are doing must be cheaper than 2D animation.
This anime could have been a decent watch. But the studio decided to ruin it.

I think KONOSUBA doesn’t get its due(well its already talked and is famous). Even then I think it should be talked more and should be watched by many more people. Every anime fan in-fact anyone who knows what an anime is should watch this. Bahahaha
There’s KONOSUBA and there’s this Daily Lives of High School Boys this two anime will make you laugh on the same level. I challenge u even if u r not one of those who laugh out loud this two will certainly get you to do that. .

I dont get the hate rather the negativity in the reviews section for this. Yep it felt like the story did not even start and there are no teachers in the school or whatsoever but why not just think like this they are just skipping the cliche part. true self or accept himself as it is but he met some people which changed his views about the world and people in general like you can solve or make someone understand with fighting too. Making friends, talking with friends in group chat, people thank him was all new to him. Maybe the real story will start in season 2.

The first thing after finishing this popped up from me was -
“I wish I could erase my memories of Frieren so I could experience the thrill of watching it again with fresh eyes.”
This is my thoughts after finishing it but—
When I first started watching it, it was the highest rated anime of all time on MAL(and still is when I am writing this) but I had my doubts to even start this cause every anime which was highest rated and was at #1 in previous seasons like bocchi the rock & oshi no ko were not really that great they were just overhyped and

I was disappointed. So I was really hesitant to watch this.
As someone who has watched more than 300+ animes, I am really picky about what to watch this days. There are some great nd one of the best titles I have yet watch but if the first few eps aren’t good I get demotivated and I stop watching anime altogether for some time.
As picky and childish I am I have to say this—-
First few eps of Frieren were not really promising to me like the premise was hero’s party has defeated the demon lord and its peaceful era now and the story progressed slowly. I was like is it going to be a aftermath of the battle or an adventure of Frieren making new friends now that she’s all alone. So I stopped watching it after 6th ep, and picked it up after few months and I went back to the good old days of binge watching an anime. I binged it and left with a feeling—
“I really wonder if I will ever see a complete anime like this again.”
It will be hard to match the greatness of Frieren anytime soon.
So I hope more people will watch this and those who are confused about watching this and those who can’t continue watching it trust me you will never regret watching this.
