The story shoots between complete predictability and utter nonsense. I still don't understand how the protagonist ended up as "assistant" to the detective other than "Oh since you don't have anything else better to do with your time, be my assistant."

The art is about the only thing going for it. It's well made. Then again, what isn't these days?

The voices are ok. The op and ed are boring.

I have no idea what is going through the characters minds. The detective calls herself a NEET, but since she works as a detective, she is technically employed. Why did the protagonist join the yakuza? Are they yakuza?
The behavior of the characters is confusing and nonsensical. Easily the low point of this show.
Enjoyment: 5
I was so confused I could not follow almost anything that was happening. I mean, following one episode was one thing, but I for a show with arcs, they did not play off each other very well.
Overall: 5
The show gets a 5 (Mediocre) for its overall score. Descent art is brought down with a lackluster story and poor character development. Not really worth the time.
