Ok, 86 was a sight to behold. The beautiful OST's that accompanied a-1 studios animation made this amazing. Listening to Avid gives the shivers down my spine. Now I have no idea why I dropped the show and I definitely don't regret giving it a second chance. Initially I thought this was going to be another DITF, or evangelion rip off with mecha wars and such, but I would say this surpassed those expectations of mine, and I will definitely read the ln although I am not much of an ln enjoyer I will give 86's ln a shot.

Now all I am waiting for now ... is s2 of 86, and let's just hope that 86 isn't one of those "Hey! if you enjoyed the anime, we won't make a s2, instead you'll have to read the ln!" type of anime's.

This anime portrayed the Romcom theme really well. It had its romantic aspects as well as its heart clenching and funny moments, I loved how there were so many references to other animes, like the SAO figures in Tomoya's room. The anime also foreshadows the winner quite well, with the title being "how to raise a boring girlfriend" referencing to Kato's personality, as well as Kato being the main heroine in the game they produced. Thank god that the author made spin-offs where Utaha and Eriri won, can't wait to read those!

Ngl the script ... Utaha wrote at the end made my heart skip a few beats, but all is good cause when Kato is chopping up the veggies shes wearing a ring so... IT'S OFFICIAL!!!!

A very nice and fitting ending I would say. I enjoyed how the characters develop and felt that nothing was out of place. Someone who enjoyed Saekano, especially S2, would most likely enjoy the movie as well. The ending wrapped up the series quite well and left me satisfied.
Definitely recommend this and I advise you to not drop it.

This anime teaches us a life lesson, to move on and to never reminisce the past. "People who cannot move on, cannot hope to change."

"The past makes you want to die out of regret, the future makes you depressed, so according to elimination the present is likely the happiest time" Although i sort of skipped through it, i enjoyed it, the beautiful scenery and the deep meaning behind the entire anime, to move on.

The train scene was a personal fav, as it symbolized how one moves on whilst the other is stuck in the present. Both of them Akari and Takaki realise that they ... have cross paths again after all this time, and both think that if he/she still likes me he/she will stay and look back right? This was great Takaki stays whilst Akari goes away with a ring.

5 centimeters per second really moved me, now here's my interpretation of what the 5 centimetres means it's supposed to be a realistic portrayal of how relationships work, versus the more anime classic idea of "things will always find a way to work out" (because they don't). Since Takaki still hasn't gotten over Akari, he doesn't even consider Kanae as a romantic option, which makes her lose interest and him losing a potential relationship. He doesn't even know if she'd be better for him than Akari, because the thought didn't occur to him. That's one thing to take away from 5 centimeters per second. The world moves on without you, whether you laugh or cry the world won't stop.

Finally, the anime also illustrates that everyone is a slave to their past. No matter how much you wish to move forward, the events of last year will bear down on you like the light of the stars as soon as you glance up. Unable to laugh or to banish your past, you carry it ceaselessly in a corner of your heart, waiting for it to resurrect at an inopportune moment. In this case it's the letters.

This anime turned out to be different than what I expected.

Initially i thought it would be sorta like a SAO, isekai but with a yuri twist based off of the title, but I forgot where the SAO part came from.

Wow it was a great watch, BEST YURI 2022!!!! I would definitely recommend this anime to all as it was extremely enjoyable to watch, like many other reviews have stated I too thought this will be a generic isekai, where the mc gets isekaied and ends up in a magical world with overpowered abilities and a harem, but no... the mc doesn't have overpowered abilities ... and an harem (wow! sugoi!)

Algard pissed me off, this mf sorta ntred euphie for some irrelevant background character like FAGRHSRASSFSAFSAF. ON THEIR WEDDING DAY TOO (i wanted to kill this mf) then a twist (yes i don't read tags) Anis pops up and falls for Euphie. (oh wow yuri!)

The only other anime that has a bit of dirt on this is Lycoris Recoil, I would say I enjoyed both equally but overall I would say I liked this a tad bit more, :SPOILER ALERT:

The ending OH EMM GEE! i didn't expect something this spicy to be in this ngl i kinda got bricked up (jk). It wasn't really necessary but it was a nice addition.

In conclusion, this review is really shit and is nothing compared to most other MAL reviews, so ty for reading this review which i wrote in less than 10 mins and have a great day!

This will be a short one. So the show had a lot of potential, the first 3 episodes blew me away and made me want more, then when the law going world wide? no... just no. Honestly what made me not give as bad of an rating is because of the animation and the concept aswell as Ai Magase (mommy).

What could've been done better? IDK (LOL) I watched this show knowing that its going to be visually appealing but pre shit in terms of the story, it had potential ok? But the author fumbled... like Kazuya (hehe) but fr tho who let him cook

The ... anime had it's moments. It was like watching one of those tv shows, where you think you know what's going to happen next but it goes the other direction. The idea is unrealistic but it was cool.
