Both heroines are reincarnated into martial arts families where they were weak and ignored in their first lives. The FLs are upbeat and actively recruit friends and family to prevent the bad ending.
You know the drill, reincarnated into a fantasy world, young children have to build up their fiefdoms. Both MCs have a similiar personality and enjoyably smooth progress to greatness.

A Martial Master Wakes Up as a Concubine

Normal logic doesn't apply to the reincarnated MCs of the murim. Both of the MCs are hilarious, although think A Master Who Woke Up as a Concubine has more laughs per chapter as the heroine confidently smashes all shoujo logic, Return of the Mad Demon will sometimes make you laugh so hard you think you've also been fed some of the MC's special medicine.

Kimi wa Nazotoki no Ma Chérie
|
Although Do Not Say Mystery spends much longer on each case, both DNSM and Kimi wa Nazotoki no Ma Cherie have detectives that seek to understand their clients and bring about solutions that give them closure, not just justice. KwNnMC's cases are often lower stakes or played for lower emotional stakes even when they are serious (fraud, etc).

Kimi wa Nazotoki no Ma Chérie

You can't help but think of these stories about female detectives in a rapidly modernizing Tokyo together. Usotoki Rhetoric takes places during the heady Taisho era, whereas Kimi wa Nazotoki Ma Cherie takes place in the early Showa. The detective duos have a reversed dynamic as well with UR having the woman as the assistant (with special powers) and KwNMC having our spunky modern woman as the capable detective, but both have a compassionate outlook towards people and a budding romance with their male partner. There's even an adorable cat in both. If you like one, you should try the other.

Although LoC is a returner and GED is isekai'ed into a story as a minor character, both MLs have similar personalities, ie they are horrible little rat men you want to root for. GED has some of the greatest memeable faces as the normal/real leads give him reality checks and LoC has a similar face style at times in my opinion.

Tensei Ojisan, Heroine ni Naru.

There's plenty of comedy in the mismatch between the inner oji-san (middle aged men) possessing these shoujo heroines and their outer appearances. Also, both MCs are fathers of teen daughters and approach the cliche type shoujo drama with the cool headedness of an adult who wants children to grow up right.
Both have the exact same type of isekai'ed people- people who used to work in a home center (think like a Home Depot or Lowes) and are good at DIY. The difference is in one is male and the other female, which changes the flavor of their interactions with their new world.
Both MCs use their diy and engineering knowledge after they have been isekai'ed.

Tsukiyo no Gourmet
|
Both manga have a sort of a similar premise, in that a daughter is retracing her deceased father's steps by visiting izakaya and diners. In Hana to Sakazuki, she is trying to find a particular diner that she enjoyed eating with her father in when she was small. In Tsukiyo no Gourmet, she is using the notes her father took to order the same meals as he did, to feel closer to him.

Wakako-zake

Kuchibeta Shokudou
|
Short chapters of a female character enjoying food in an izakaya or diner setting. Kuchibeta Shokudou has an understated romance feel as the main character seems to have a bit of a crush on the cook and Wakako-zake is much more straightforward pure enjoyment in eating. The food and drink is drawn a bit more prominently in Wakako-zake, but both are comforting to read.
