As with a lot of the anime i watch, i tend to discover them accidently. And often, i am pleasantly surprised, sometimes im not. Im glad to say that this was one of the pleasant accidents.
The Demon can't really be called anime, it's more stop motion animation than anytthing. It is very short (under 7 minutes long) but it tells a story that is succinct and pleasing at the same time.
The story is that of an old Japanese folk tale, which is animated beautifully. The models and scenery are wonderful. There is no dialog but the musical score tells the story better

I stumbled across this anime purely by chance, and i must admit i was pleasantly surprised. The story has a nice continuity with almost no filler. Its one storyline that continues right up until the end.
The characters are all likable, which is something ive never really seen before. I have never liked all characters in anime before, but in Canvas 2. they all play their own part and are really well put together. Im not going to write a synopsis because that's what the paragraph on the top of the page is for. But if you like nice, light stories, with not too much ...

I found this anime by accident today. There are only 3 episodes of this but they are a well packaged little bundle. I found this anime to be funny, light and easy to watch.There are parts of it that are genuinely funny and will make you laugh out loud. If you are looking for something to kill about 2 hours, this is a nice way to do it.

I remember when a friend of mine suggested that i watch this anime, i kept putting it off and off. I figured it would like every other reverse harem out there, with not much thought put into it. The first episode of this show was a revelation. it was the exazt oppoiste to what i was expecting, and i loved it. I loved every second of it. The story is sweet without being soppy, the comedy is funny without being too overdone, and the characters each have their own stories, which is fun to watch when they all combine. it is a fantastic anime and

Clannad is a very special anime. Some episodes will leave you gasping for air because you are laughing so much, and some will leave you genuinely touched and almost crying manly tears. Its got a solid story with some of the most memorable characters. (fuko became one of my all time faveourite girls). The story starts of quite slowly but does speed up after about episode 8, so give it a chance.

Azumanga Daioh was one of the first comedy anime series i watched, and i must admit, i enjoyed it immensely. Right from the very first episode. i felt that this was going to a good one. The comedic timing is fantastic, the story is solid, with all characters being involved and developed, without it feeling like a chore. The characters in this series are amoung the funniest i have come across in anime. They come across as very real but still special.
If you are on the fence about watching this anime, i would wholeheartedly recommend it. You'l be glad you watched it. |
