If you really liked any of these two mangas then I assure you that you will also enjoy the other. Both of these are RomCom and are set in a high school setting. They feature all sorts of different and fun characters but focus on the 2 main characters which have a thing for each other. At the start of each manga, the main characters struggle to get their "senpai", (but not really a senpai.. do you get what i mean?) if you will, but later their relationship with that person gets deeper and blossoms into romance but so far that is only applicable for bokura wa minna kawaisou, for gekkan they are still a work in progress hehe

Both have power bottom ukes and they steal from and take advantage of their semes. The ukes each have their own mysterious pasts that are unknown to their partner and the feelings they have for the semes are unclear from the start. I recommend to read both to truly see how similar the two are to each other because, story wise, they are alike in many aspects.

The characters are very similar to one another. The main characters for Takane no Hana nara Ochitekoi are alike with Mikoshiba and Kashima from Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun. The humors are also very similar to one another.

both are supernatural and have misfortunes happen to the main characters. although hands off isn't necessarily classified as bl once you read it it makes you wonder why its not listed as shonen ai. in hands off its about 2 cousins who are psychic and the misfortunes that fall upon them due to their powers. the bromance here is really strong that you won't even feel that its not shonen ai.

If you liked silver spoon for the food and want more mouth watering scenes then you should definitely watch shokugeki no soma! Shokugeki no soma is a cooking school unlike silver spoon but they are both equally really good anime!
